Across the pond L2 realtime $3.80/81 - Looking at yesterday and the way today started, IMHO it will close above $4 tonite.

Realtime Bid $3.82 Offer $3.89, that's why it's where it is. The pound has strengthened against the $ over the last week or so, so that does not help either. $3.85 mid for a DANKY ADR, divide by 4 to get a DNK share and divide by exchange rate of $1.6 = 60.15p

Danka should get a lift from Xerox's figures.

Yesterday Xerox rose 79 cents or 8.62 pct at 9.95 usd after the company said it posted an operating profit in the first quarter before booking the 25 cents litigation charge that resulted in a net loss for the period. The Xerox statement did not specifically state the company's operating earnings per share although reports said it was 13 cents. The First Call/Thomson Financial consensus operating EPS estimate was 8 cents.

Charts looking good for this one, with a run up to the next results in May sometime and news of their long awaited debt re-financing, we could easily see this one break the squid barrier.

Someone's standing up to be counted at 54p bid. Possibly accumulating stock for a buyer.

Has to be risky shorting in these markets. All it takes is one institutional fan thinking that this one's got left behind and you shorters risk being burned off in the rise. But I guess you may get away with it.....

Didn't expect such a big drop Stateside today, especially as the market in general moved ahead very nicely. Looks like I might have to decide whether to go with that 'temptation' hunch sometime tomorrow afternoon. If the US action is shorters trying to drive it down, I am sure they will try and get it below $3 in the first hour of trading.

sigh - maybe no fundamentals behind the shorting but there was a hell of a lot of selling today - despite the market rally. This does not make me very happy.

Too depressed to check on the results date.
