10/1/2002 00:33 | Oaklandsway I haven't got a scanner to post the article here. But basically the magazine produced a full listing of each stock quoting current price, mkt cap etc on just one line of the page. I agree it does seem high and that's why I wanted confirmation. Can you or Dave confirm what the dividend will be if anything. Thanks. | ![]() poosticks

10/1/2002 00:26 | oaklandsway; i read about it on nasdaq.com(check it out excellent site), i think it is for full year(The actual reported earnings per share for 3/2001 for DANKY was -1.06. For the fiscal year 3/2002, the consensus mean EPS is 0.55, derived from a total of 1 estimates.) i have pasted a few limes for you regards jag | ![]() jagluthra
10/1/2002 00:08 | Poosticks, I could not find the mag in some shops and can't access the website. Would you be able to copy the article here, I want to know who predicted the 1.56p dividend as it is a lot. I received only around 3.36p a share from DCM which the share worth £4.4. | oaklandsway
09/1/2002 21:32 | trading after hrs at 1.51, as before close of london, price should hold tomorrow, depends on the yanks again tomorrow which way it goes, but considering the rises in the last couple of days price has held up well with very healthy volumes, remember aver vol for this stock in nas is 200k | ![]() jagluth
09/1/2002 21:20 | Oaklands, saw last hour, not a pritty site, nas down 11, yes down and the dow off 50, that was the hour that was, Dnk closed at$1.50. We sold of whils the yanks rocketed but the odds are we will stay go down in sympathy in the morning, disspite the fact that its alread written in the market. | ![]() cinoib

09/1/2002 16:01 | $1.53 in US, london price should stay. Watch the last one hour of trading in US later. | oaklandsway
09/1/2002 15:34 | Down over 5% in US at the moment, 8 cents, That makes it about 24.1p here, overpiced to buy at 25.2p at the moment. There is only small volume in the US so any substantial up turn in that volume as the price drifts lower will be a good indication. NASDAQ doing well today so any drop against the market trend needs to be taken into consideration as well. False dawn or a buying opportunity? | crusty lilly
09/1/2002 15:06 | I am using delayed data as well but I can't see many people wanted to sell under $1.50 yet. good news if price can stay to build up support at this level as we had big gain already. | oaklandsway
09/1/2002 14:56 | thanks but those prices are delayed 15 mins | ![]() jagluthra

09/1/2002 14:27 | Increase in US trading volume could push back up over $1.60 but decrese in trading volume will make it flat or fall. IMO, DYOR, etc. | oaklandsway
09/1/2002 14:10 | There could be late recorded big buy order as the price suddenly up although more sell I saw on the screen. US data shows pricing could go down in early trading but I don't know the data of level 2 there. can anyone tell free level 2 data in us? thanks. | oaklandsway

09/1/2002 13:07 | Thanks Poosticks, I do not think dividend will be given as the management & majority of share holders would prefer to use any net profits to speed up the debt payment (around $250M left from over $800M). Jag, it's great if Danka can achieve eps $0.10, IMO. About pricing, I said last night taht it's not good idea to sell under 23p if you wanna to buy back before us market open. You can see just now how MM give you little time to buy at 23p as they might have seen that US could be opened at around $1.51. If go down under $1.40 I think will still be closed over $1.40 but there is a chance to go over $1.55. I expect better trading next week. | oaklandsway
09/1/2002 13:04 | mms bought everything cheap and now selling it at a premium and having a ball,bu...........s | ![]() jagluthra
09/1/2002 12:13 | The US profit takers came earlier than I thought to be on Friday. This is better to predict the technical support and "the real price direction". Some UK profit takers who managed to sell around 27p on Tuesday are planning to buy back around 25p. So, I would think price could fall in the morning while people are waiting for US market to open, MMs want to buy your share under 25p certainly. Personally, I do not think selling under 23p is good idea if you plan to buy back but lots of shorters in US that could make price to swing up and down in the range of 20% that make a bit difficult to trade here as we have only around 2 hours (between 14.30-16.30) to make good decision based on US market when London market is still on. Also, the spread of DNK is around 1.5p. I am still happy with the trading volume in US today (around 1.25M) and hopefully will exceed 1M everyday. | oaklandsway
09/1/2002 09:35 | OAKLANDSWAY, The name of the magazine that stated that the current dividend for Danka was going to be 1.56p was the December issue of a magazine called "Shares". The issue came out on the 13th Dec. 2001 and was on page 33. The website of the company is www.sharesmagazine.c Can you or anyone else reading this confirm whether or not Danka are going to pay out a dividend of 1.56p this year. | ![]() poosticks
09/1/2002 09:07 | jag, You've done a research now. I read somewhere that someone mentioned profit $.55 a share, not sure this quarter or fiscal year ended September 2002. With PE of 8, danka will worth $4.4. For me, I have been in and out many times and made nice profit comparing any shares I have ever played here. Now, I am more interested with the way fund managers will buy and buy again so daily pricing is not that necessary for me as I paid 10.75p-12p a share only. Trading volume talks. Just want to say good luck to all of you and will come back later this afternoon. | oaklandsway
09/1/2002 08:47 | oaklandsway; would the deal they did with staples reflect in the results due and the sales etc, thanks, last yr results were declared on 1st feb | ![]() jagluthra |
