Would this aquisition be a good fit ? C.M.D. have no Major retail customers and a lot of liabilities attatched to a rapidly declining doorstep business ?

There's some of the required volume,now we need an announcement on Morrisons. I suspect the Midlands Co-Op site will be closed and the volume distributed between Dairycrest's other sites. DYOR

There is a possible announcement of an aquisition of a site this morning, don't know who is aquiring though, Dairycrest have capacity they require volume to fill it though; hence the need for the extra Morrisons volume.

abitgreen, can you explain this a little clearer? As far as I know they are aquiring more dairy capacity to increase supply to Morrisons, as I suggested last week.

have heard that the contract is not lost (morrisons), but will be increased! Will be announced soon.

You could be right Arla and Wiseman are due to report in the next week or so they may be worth a short term punt!!

Think they have lost Morrisons(140ml)contract with RWD getting most & balance to ARU

No they have not lost Morrisons, also wisemans struggling with Tesco supply.

Don't know but if they have who's got it Wiseman or Arla ?. they are unchanged !!
