Would this aquisition be a good fit ? C.M.D. have no Major retail customers and a lot of liabilities attatched to a rapidly declining doorstep business ?

There's some of the required volume, now we need an announcement on Morrisons. I suspect the Midlands Co-Op site will be closed and the volume distributed between Dairycrest's other sites. DYOR

There is a possible announcement of an aquisition of a site this morning, don't know who is aquiring though, Dairycrest have capacity they require volume to fill it though; hence the need for the extra Morrisons volume.

abitgreen, can you explain this a little clearer? As far as I know they are aquiring more dairy capacity to increase supply to Morrisons, as I suggested last week.
