There does seem to be a big buyer about though who are taking all these sales.

Whoever bought them believes in the company.

Hi Apad I sold all my stock (60k shares) this morning at 255...no idea why the mm's were taking so many at that price after such large director selling. I thought it would open 10 percent down in these markets. Happy to buy back again once proven wrong...

That's sort of how I feel nimbo1.
I didn't like the abrupt notice of the FD leaving - no explanation or thanks.
It isn't encouraging that they get rid of so many of their free shares - suggests they think the price is more than up with events.
However, I'm not bothered about the patents - usually so much window dressing in the software industry.
On my watch list.

What large director selling? No evidence of any such thing...

There is an institution mopping up all these sales at 255.

We have had CFO leaving, Patent stuff but not mentioned in results and now large director selling.

Just when this company looks like an amazing long term hold these to me are potential red flags imo.

Any thoughts on these things combined from anyone?

Well now we know where the volume came from...don't you mean 1.3% of the shares in circulation?

Someone's purchased around 13% of the shares in circulation yesterday. Massive volume. Should see holdings rns shortly.

It was a typo, should have been £1bn. They do have operations in America and customers. Have a look at the annual report and you'll see graphs on pages 11-12. Our market keeps growing and will do so for at least the next 7 years. The fact we are a very profitable company and customers like Celebrus, is enticing for investors. I think the US will bring new business for us and drive top line. There is a reason Canaccord now own 18% of the company. I also think this business us recession proof as companies will want to keep leveraging data to find "nuggets of gold". The above is why D4t4 is my largest holding and why I'll keep buying on the dips over the next 5 years. Good luck.

Nit they are in America? For me the hope is that an American company spots that, the low valuation compared to companies listed there and decides to take it out.

What to expect if there is an acquisition? I mean for private investors holding a small number of shares

Sab imo D4t4 has the potential to be a $1bn market cap company in the next 10 years. Cbox will grow steadily but they need to expand into new countries now like India and potebtially USA.

Imo someone wants to buy us out. I mean look at ROE, operating margin and top line revenue growth. It is simply outstanding. Add the IP we have and the fact the industry we operate in is growing exponentially.
