If you look at last year where they also signed off contracts just before year end and the picture was rather complex with a very high level of receivables (ie revenue booked but yet to be paid) but also a high level of deferred income (ie services paid for but yet to be recognised).So I wouldn't be confident trying to establish in which years the revenue is recognised. Good news though and we'll know more on the 18th.

The financial year end is 31st March and they did say that these contracts have come at the close of this financial year, so they are more important for next financial year and beyond.

However I still think that next months trading update will read very positively, reading recent statements it is clear that the Directors are very excited by prospects here.

EPS could easily exceed 15p. Pe of 20 is 3 quid. Given the opportunity here a pe of 30 plus would be reasonable 4.50
Looks like the news today is to warn that they are going to beat forecasts.

I missed the announcement also while at the gym.

Excellent news and with some major companies in different regions and a major Airline as well as the Banks and Financials, there aren't many genuine growth stocks in the UK at this time but D4T4 are certainly one.

Yes exactly to cover tax liabilities. Very encouraging they are hanging on to the bulk of them.

The director share sales look like covering tax liabilities on the share option exercise to me. 1.25m shares awarded, 435k sold.

Share buy back is for only 100,000 shares - hardly seems worth it.

Meanwhile directors are cashing in by selling over 400,000 shares. Worse still, selling the shares to the company, so we are effectively paying the directors?

All seems a bit duff to me.
