26/3/2019 23:04 | If you look at last year where they also signed off contracts just before year end and the picture was rather complex with a very high level of receivables (ie revenue booked but yet to be paid) but also a high level of deferred income (ie services paid for but yet to be recognised). So I wouldn't be confident trying to establish in which years the revenue is recognised. Good news though and we'll know more on the 18th. | cockerhoop
26/3/2019 22:41 | The financial year end is 31st March and they did say that these contracts have come at the close of this financial year, so they are more important for next financial year and beyond. However I still think that next months trading update will read very positively, reading recent statements it is clear that the Directors are very excited by prospects here. | interceptor2
26/3/2019 20:35 | EPS could easily exceed 15p. Pe of 20 is 3 quid. Given the opportunity here a pe of 30 plus would be reasonable 4.50 Looks like the news today is to warn that they are going to beat forecasts. | amt
26/3/2019 20:16 | By the way, the collective nown for a bunch of contracts is - a wave "We are delighted with this 'wave' of contract successes" | owenski
26/3/2019 20:10 | Sounds like 5 contracts, pretty stunning haul. | owenski
26/3/2019 19:32 | This could become a major player in this area. Business is booming. Looks like a longterm ten bagger from my point of view. | amt
26/3/2019 17:44 | I missed the announcement also while at the gym. Excellent news and with some major companies in different regions and a major Airline as well as the Banks and Financials, there aren't many genuine growth stocks in the UK at this time but D4T4 are certainly one. | interceptor2
26/3/2019 16:38 | New highs on the chart too. Should pop up on the radars of the breakout buyers. | cf456
26/3/2019 16:36 | Nice but should have waited until 8am imo, no bother market seems to have taken notice | nimbo1
26/3/2019 16:31 | Someone keen there. 7776 shares bought @ 266.5p, above the offer. | cf456
26/3/2019 16:27 | "significant global contract wins and extensions" Can't get much more bullish than that. | cf456
26/3/2019 16:21 | Very nice indeed.. Looking forward to the trading update on April 18th. :-) | cfro
26/3/2019 16:14 | Will hopefully be some follow through tomorrow morning deanowls | gleach23
26/3/2019 16:01 | Would have been great at 7am in the morning. | deanowls
26/3/2019 15:58 | "D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4T4), the AIM-listed data solutions provider, is pleased to report a number of new significant global contract wins and extensions in key vertical sectors for its Data Management and Data Collection business areas." "Commenting on these successes Pete Kear, CEO of D4t4 Solutions, said: "We are delighted with this wave of contract successes which, coming at the close of the financial period, provide valuable underpinning to our future earnings and are testimony to the momentum we have built in the business. We look forward to providing a trading update for the full year on the 18th April 2019." | cf456

25/3/2019 09:24 | Any views on the sharp fall today? | andyt7
22/3/2019 04:16 | Yes exactly to cover tax liabilities. Very encouraging they are hanging on to the bulk of them. | amt
21/3/2019 18:16 | I agree with above post. Hopefully a healthy pullback before the next upward march. | mfhmfh
21/3/2019 15:58 | The director share sales look like covering tax liabilities on the share option exercise to me. 1.25m shares awarded, 435k sold. | ragehammer
21/3/2019 15:11 | Share buy back is for only 100,000 shares - hardly seems worth it. Meanwhile directors are cashing in by selling over 400,000 shares. Worse still, selling the shares to the company, so we are effectively paying the directors? All seems a bit duff to me. | someuwin |
