Did any one ever wonder did this BoD propose a cancellation from AIM listing ?

Did any one ever wonder why this proposal was rejected?

Did any one ever wonder By how many votes... ?

Now let me analyse the scenario

The BoD Needed 75 % of votes to go ahead with delisting..

That means they didn't get those

The small holders are so small and scattered they would not have mattered in this EGM voting...

The lot of shares of "Vidacos Nominees Limited" holding of 29.6 % alone would have been enough to defeat this resolution

The lot of shares of "Huntress (CI) Nominees Limited" holding of 25.08 % alone would have also been enough to defeat this resolution

The lot of Yong Kwet On ould definitely have voted for delisting as he is part of the management of the company.

I am presuming that the BoD must have suspected a takeover as a possible reaction to their delisting announcement..

That's the reason why the detailed takeover code information about both the UK and Jersey regulations in that RNS of 26 Sept 2016

It looks like now there are 3 interested parties wanting to takeover CSFG

Whatever the agreement was there previously.. Is out of the window...

Each of the three large holders want the whole for themselves

So we have a TAKEOVER WAR in progress
