They will make some money and crawl back..

Don't worry

1.076 is a major major resistance in YOLO.. Nearly impossible to breach

Letmepass... Did you buy more here with those AOR profits?

I think they will try the cheapest methods first..

1, They already tried delisting route.. Failed

2. They now thought low share turnover will bring down the share price .. It did .. to an extent

3. Then seems hey started buying cheap on the quiet...

4. Some how some one realised and many started buying..

5. So the share price rose..... They had to reveal the hiving off a subsidiary

6. Those of us who got the message bought and are holding..

7 If more buy the share price has to go higher... and the BoD have to buy higher...

8. They have to offer to buy the rest out at the highest share price at which they bought

9. So we need to keep the share price up higher so they have to buy higher and higher

of course and if they want it bad enough they will keep buying them on the open market, i guess those big buys over past few days could say something

Thanks Jumbone.
Question is, and I don't know the rules, can management buy enough shares to make the company private ?

x1000

mind blowing i guess the management could buy out outstanding shares and spilt the loot between them i mean an offer of 8 - 12 p reckon everone and his dog will sell up

X1000

I had posted earlier..

But this is what it was

Honestly don't know..

Their cash and equivalents is over 5 p

On top of this possible sale of subsidiary..A lot..

Depends on which one..

More interestingly..

1. Trade receivables includes an aggregate amount of RM32.3m due from IDCB, the developer of the CX5 data centre

2. Onerous lease provision... (10 Mill GBP)

Anticipated loss in unwinding..(7.65 Mill RM)

Provision for Doubtful debts (30 Mill RM)

The exchange rate is:

Malaysian Ringgit1 MYR = 0.180740 GBP

British Pound1 GBP = 5.53281 MYR

30 + 7.65 = 37.65 RM equals 6.8 Mill GBP

So they have hidden 16.8 Mill GBP

That is 10.50 p per share

we have 160 mill shares in issue

So at least 15.5 pence value per share of Cash on hand and hidden profits

Without any sale

With the sale add these following amounts per share to 15.5 p

CX1 >> 12.369 GBX

CX2 >> 49.018 GBX

CX3 >> 0.458 GBX

CX5 >> 83.988 GBX

Why was this post deleted from LSE?

MMs are afraid of the cat out of the bag?

----------------------------------

Any one read this from LSE?

The classic way to hide real profits is..

Instead of collecting receivables in 90 -- 120 days..

keep differing the trade receivables...

Take it beyond a year..

The Credit period in CSFG is a whopping 453 -- 460 days

Then create a provision for bad debts.. stick a large chunk of gross profit in that

Next create a number of provisions..

Onerous lease provision... (10 Mill GBP)

Anticipated loss in unwinding..(7.65 Mill RM)

Provision for Doubtful debts (30 Mill RM)

And show that the business is going in loss

GO check those numbers

Let Me Pass

Be careful

26 -- 30 p is a Major Resistance area...

Will not be easy to breach..

On the strength of that RNS
