28/8/2013 11:10 | err, why the 10% rise? | 2vdm
23/8/2013 10:48 | As we were! | it_trader
21/8/2013 08:36 | I agree,there should be some coming re contracts,or hopefully the sale of the company. | j777j
20/8/2013 12:51 | It's all gone eerily quiet. I am unable to get an immediate online quote for the sale of 10,000 shares on Barclays for about 4 days now, but online purchase offered at 9.25p, so a lot of these sales over the last few days may have been purchases Have to sit back and patiently wait for the next RNS | rocheberie
16/8/2013 09:16 | I wonder if the other data co's have finally woken up. | j777j
14/8/2013 11:41 | I topped up. The price is now very skewed towards the buy price. I've noticed Somebody has bought 2 x 500k chunks of these over the last 2 days. | it_trader
14/8/2013 11:13 | also picked some up this week. under 15p seems a steal to me & agree the company looks vulnerable to a takeout at this level. Deal would be for nada virtually | mattjos
14/8/2013 10:59 | The must be a very real chance the business is sold. The Ceo has gone due to ill health(I can imagine the stress)there is an interim one in his place. Can't see this selling for less than 25p. | j777j
14/8/2013 10:52 | I agree, I meant more a money management risk in my portfolio. At this price very little risk ;) | it_trader
14/8/2013 10:49 | Not sure I share your view of the risk. The business actually generated cash this year. They wrote down £7 million odd which is an exceptional. Just the cash is at least 15p/17p,if you include the npv of working capital, then you have the underlying business. Shares must be worth 15p at the very least as that is just the cash. 100% upside. | j777j
14/8/2013 09:29 | I can't believe I got in modestly for 7.5p, and wondering now whether to top up or not. Still a risky play. | it_trader
14/8/2013 09:07 | Right now trading at cash levels. There is another 10p worth of cash coming back in the next two years and the remainder of the business thrown in for free. Hmmm ok sounds like a rather good punt to me. Closing cash position as at 31 March 2013 of RM61.9m (GBP13.2m*) (FY2012: RM52.8m (GBP11.2m*)) with positive operating cash flow of RM24.3m (GBP5.2m*) (FY2012: RM9.3m (GBP2.0m*)) In addition, the Group has approximately RM77.8m (GBP16.6m*) tied up as working capital for the development of CX5 which will be collected over the next two financial years in line with the completion of the sale Blocks B and C in the last quarter of financial year 2014 and the first half of financial 2015, respectively. | j777j

13/8/2013 15:57 | Probably people are realizing that it was not a great year for this company but asset and cash look good to me. I think Malaysia will do well in the next future | cascudi
13/8/2013 13:31 | Bit of buying again today. | j777j
10/8/2013 08:17 | Or major shareholders to ensure we get the best deal either ;( | it_trader
10/8/2013 07:47 | J777J, a take over would be fine by me, at the right price of course. I haven't found much in the way of major shareholders able to block a deal. But a successful approach would need to convince the existing management that they were going to be looked after. | grahamg8
09/8/2013 13:23 | Wouldn't it be a fast way and low cost for a Telecity to expand further into Asia? | j777j
09/8/2013 12:37 | I spotted the receivables and advance payments myself. But it's nice to have a confirmation from Goldenboy2. The turnround might take a while as lots of vacant space needs to be let. OK so the share price fall yesterday was caused by some big sells going through. But why sell on 8/8 when the results came out on 7/8? The problems with doubtful debts was well trailed in March - the share price dropped then by nearly 50% in one day. 14p was seen as the 'correct price' then and not a lot has changed since. Crash and burn or plenty of upside if we can tick over in cash preservation mode for a year or two. I'm in for the ride. | grahamg8
09/8/2013 11:20 | The main risk is delisting, but with those kind of assets there would have to be a respectable offer. | it_trader
09/8/2013 11:14 | Courtesy Goldenboy2 on lse Just been looking at the accounts on this one and it appears that we've got a market cap of £11.3m with net assets of £37m including £13m in cash and £16m in cash expected back in the next 2 yrs. no brainer for me | j777j
09/8/2013 11:13 | Bought in modestly today after yesterdays drop. Been watching this since 14p. A great turnaround/acquisiti | it_trader
09/8/2013 10:39 | Cash of £15 million market cap £11 million.A leading position in south east asia. Can't see it remaining independent for long. Happy hunting. | j777j
07/8/2013 12:31 | It's hard to look past the occupancy rates. At the moment there seems to be rather a lot of empty space. I fail to see why the share price will recover until there are more customers/a greater occupancy rates. | fittster |
