Hopefully the strategy will throw up a bid/takeover which is probably the best outcome for holders ?

Csfg has a business which would surely interest alot ?

It would be interesting to see what mark slater thinks, and other fund managers, its amazing when shares go down holders/ fund managers seem to put their heads in the sand and hide away.

Yes but they own so much of the company that they may have their own plans for the future !? What do we know about the UK non execs ? What will the strategy review throw up and at what price is there very minimal downside ?

Csfg has 14.5 million in cash and a vaid business so at this level its very good value, plus the directors hold lots of shares so its too their own interest they make the right decisions.

One director purchased 26k worth of shares at 44p, (10 months ago) dont he will be happy at the moment either.

What needs to be looked at are the current directors adding value to the company, if not they should move on ?

Has anyone ever met any of the directors here ? What is the strategy review likely to throw up ? Will there be a business left or a cash return or neither likely to evolve from the collapse ?

Of course... May be reduced or dropped all together, always cited as set at 1/3 of profits.

Thankfully only 50% or so, will be interesting to see results which I m hoping will prove this is hopelessly undervalued and offering a 15% or so yield.

There were two trades today of 0.5 million shares each. At today's prices that's only GBP 65k each. Still, to me, that stands out somewhat. And the traded volume today was >10 times the daily average. Hopefully this is a sign that some good news is probable?

Yes it could be possible that they have reached a agreement for cx6 WITH malaysian defence and security.
Nothing reported yet via a RNS.

How come no news? Cos as I suggested the preparation to take the company private continues, and good news would stop the hoovering up of these cheap shares.

ive googled CSF Advisers Sdn Bhd and it takes us to csf group web-site so if a deal has been done two weeks ago. how come no news. ??????

Only time will tell who the clever investor is regarding this stock, looking at previous posts monkey it looks like me and you have taken a big hit on this one.

Its all about lowering the losers with me now, dont expect to get 60p back but hopefully 35p/40p.

In such a growth sector it beggers belief to see the share price preformance over the last 15 months.

ITs got to be outstanding value at this price unless the company brings out another skeleton out of the closet, csfg has 9p a share in cash so your paying 5.5p a share data centre business.

also dont see shareholders being sold down the river because the directors have a big lump of shares between them.
