05/9/2012 08:21 | gspanner from the last results We achieved positive operating cash flows in the current financial year which marks a significant improvement from the position in the previous financial year. We expect a significant collection of the receivables associated with the CX5 development in due course amounting to approximately RM85.0m (GBP17.3m*). | battlebus2
05/9/2012 08:15 | So a cash payment of circa 23% company value... Apologies, I don't have time (now) to go back through everything, but was this expected? | gspanner
05/9/2012 07:45 | Indeed battlebus. Worth noting in addition to the great cash receipt news the CEO's bullish trading comment at the finish: "we continue to see high levels of demand across our core markets" | rivaldo
05/9/2012 07:26 | Fantastic news cash balances 20 milliooons. | battlebus2
05/9/2012 07:12 | Well shareholders aint seeing any of it, likely to go on chow for the top boys | snatander
05/9/2012 07:10 | Brilliant news today - this share price is just far, far too low imho: "Receipt of Substantial Cash Payment CSF, the leading provider of data centre facilities and services in South East Asia and the largest provider of data centre services in Malaysia, announces the following business update. The Board is pleased to announce that the Group has, on 4 September received payments from Integrated DC Builders Sdn Bhd ("IDCB"), the developer of the CX5 data centre, amounting to RM85.0m (£17.2m*) in total. The payments are comprised of three elements: · the repayment of advances (by way of the redemption of preference shares in IDCB) of RM30.0m (£6.1m*) · the payment of the turnkey fee (in the form of a special dividend and project management fee) of RM25.0m (£5.0m*) · the payment of trade receivables of RM30.0m (£6.1m*) With the receipt of the above payments, the unrestricted cash balance of the Group now stands at RM92.2m (£18.6m*) whilst the total cash balance of the Group totals RM102.0m (£20.6m*), as at 4 September 2012. Adrian Yong, Chief Executive of CSF Group Commented: "We are delighted to have received this substantial payment for our work on CX5, which is one of the most technically advanced data centres in the region. Our teams continue to market CX5 internationally and we continue to see high levels of demand across our core markets." | rivaldo
23/8/2012 11:43 | Snats is on a downer today :) The world is caving in..... CSFG breaking out of its short term trading zone. | shaggies_view
23/8/2012 09:38 | A reminder of the latest forecasts FYI: This year - 5.2p EPS, 2p dividend Next year - 6.4p EPS, 2p dividend Incidentally, the real online spread is currently 44.5p-46.5p or so. Those posting one-liners about the published spread are...let's just say badly informed :o)) | rivaldo
23/8/2012 09:26 | spread so mammoth you could march the terracotta army through it, lose 10% of your monye as soon as you buy | snatander
23/8/2012 08:34 | Yes very positive of late. | battlebus2
23/8/2012 08:22 | Up again, and chart-wise a definite upward trend now. Online is continuing to improve - the online maximum available to buy is down to 50k, and you can sell almost as many at 44.5p, a premium to the bid price. | rivaldo
22/8/2012 13:33 | Well, with 322,000 shares traded already today, and the online maximum available to buy down from 100k to 50k-75k, your timing could be good bnumber. | rivaldo
22/8/2012 09:52 | I'm still adding, allbeit small amounts at a time. Nice to see the price head in the right direction. | b3842517
22/8/2012 09:47 | Back up to 45p today. The chart will be on a nice upward recovery trend if the price continues up a touch from here. | rivaldo
09/8/2012 11:05 | 227,000 shares just bought at 44.5p, and a tick up. | rivaldo
08/8/2012 10:17 | The AGM statement out this morning is 6 weeks earlier than last year and simply notes the passing of resolutions, so presumably we can expect a full trading update in September. Given recent director buying at 44.75p and last month's results outlook as below one would think any update will be positive: "Our trading continues to gain good market traction and we are confident that demand for our products and services will be sustained, driven largely by a combination of our own market reputation, ongoing marketing initiatives and the strong demand for data centre services in Malaysia and South East Asia. On this basis, the Board is pleased to report that CSF expects revenue and profit to be in line with current market expectations." | rivaldo
01/8/2012 23:02 | Hyper Al - what a complete numpty! | itchycrack
01/8/2012 17:18 | Most encouraged by Hyper turning up, as he is a total imbecile. | stegrego
01/8/2012 16:34 | Hitting resistance Good entry for a short here Back to 30's soon | hyper ai
30/7/2012 12:52 | All buys this morning, though small-scale, and the buy price has crept up to 45.56p. | rivaldo
27/7/2012 15:14 | Good timing bnumber - a few more small buys have pushed the bid up again. The chart is looking at an interesting recent uptrend. | rivaldo
27/7/2012 12:48 | One of those small trades was me taking my first position here. Having spent a lot of time reading about CSF yesterday, I am convinced there is a lot of potential here and the shares are unduly cheap. I'll be adding more next week, but need to sell first - just got to decide what to sell. | b3842517
27/7/2012 12:14 | Odd (though obviously good!) to see six successive small buys this morning on a quiet day. Let's see if it continues. | rivaldo
26/7/2012 14:20 | Nice 60k buy just reported at 45p. | rivaldo
25/7/2012 15:22 | snatander - Tragic. | monkeymagic3 |
