19/3/2012 18:40 | John09 - Your post sums you up perfectly....matey. Kind regards GHF | glasshalfull
19/3/2012 18:19 | Think you may find that is not the case..... | dugganjoe
19/3/2012 18:17 | It doesn't matter where its registered duggan, if its listed in the UK, then its subject to disclosure rules, and in particular for AIM listed companies, AIM rule 26, which you should see on the website of any AIM listed co. | davydoo
19/3/2012 18:16 | The problem is that I dont think this is UK registered company (is it??) so is outside the company act in reporting holding. Think the malaysian folk probably know that most of the money is being made from construction rather than data rental. Just my 2p worth. | dugganjoe
19/3/2012 17:51 | Waiting for an interesting RNS. | battlebus2
19/3/2012 17:48 | Absolutely spot on itchcrack...trades like this simply occur when funds/institutions are changing, rearranging positions and the fact that a poster on here indicates that this practice means 40p is under threat is simply ludicrous. Perhaps the price will touch this, who knows... But it won't fall to this based on the trade data of several million shares showing at the end of the day. I suggest someone wants to buy these on the cheap. Nothing wrong with that but misleading statements on a bulletin board. Tut tut! Regards GHF | glasshalfull
19/3/2012 17:24 | Since the price did not change during those large sales I would say they have already found a home. Look out for a possible protected trade over the coming days or weeks. Could be a fund buying in, or someone taking a stake. All IMHO of course, DYOR etc. | itchycrack
19/3/2012 17:09 | Not seen that but if so I do believe 40p will be at risk tomorrow | john09
19/3/2012 17:04 | wow, enormous volume of sells just before the close. | davydoo
19/3/2012 17:01 | I just shared what I thought would happen. These are discussion boards after all | john09
19/3/2012 16:46 | what is your motivation here then ? | ukinvestor220
15/3/2012 11:05 | I'm not shorting, I've never shorted a stock | john09
15/3/2012 10:10 | Well quite impressed that you have managed to make some money shorting this, since its so illiquid, but I'm not against shorting myself since it provides so many opportunities. | gspanner
15/3/2012 09:42 | Yup keep fighting the trend if you wish | john09
15/3/2012 09:33 | Don't think many investors in this have stop losses, more inclined to find the yield attractive at 40p! | gspanner
15/3/2012 00:50 | Going lower. MMs just raised it to dump stock before a bigger fall. New lows tomorrow. 40p stop losses in danger IMHO | john09
13/3/2012 15:29 | Bought a few today.. L2 2v1 moving up.. 45.5 v 47 | tole
13/3/2012 11:08 | Up we go!! | battlebus2
13/3/2012 07:39 | Getting the feeling we're going up up today ...... | battlebus2
13/3/2012 07:37 | Great stuff John, keep it up! | gspanner
12/3/2012 22:13 | john09 - 14 Feb'12 - 10:13 - 578 of 623 edit If 54p doesn't hold there is no clear bottom and we will see new lows ala OPG Power another jam tonmorrow growth stock (which i hold) John | john09
12/3/2012 22:11 | john09 - 2 Mar'12 - 13:58 - 589 of 622 edit It doesnt, its slopeing left to right mate. It will drop below 50p no question in my mind whatsoever and fairly quick with stop losses. we are in a bull run and this is dropping. 3 months this bull run so far... | john09
12/3/2012 21:29 | February's AIM Newsletter also commented on the tenancy agreement and trading statement. A few snippets seeing it's a month old and has fallen a further 19% since tipped as a buy in the article and yield now up to 5% ---- CSF GROUP CSFG £85.6m 53.5p BUY New Tenancy Agreement and Trading Update AIM "... Due to the upfront associated costs of the office building and blocks B and C, the contribution from the CX5 building is expected to be minimal for the financial periods up to March 2013, however overall profit contribution is expected to be significant once new tenants are secured for Blocks B and C." and A major contract signing for an entire block at CX5 puts CSF in good stead, particularly so considering the computer exchange opened just four weeks ago. We remain confident that the company will be able to fully let the building within a short space of time, considering current economic growth across Southeast Asia, the success of previous CX buildings, and the company's positioning at the forefront of a green building initiative. We continue to believe the shares trade cheaply, with expectations of earnings per share of 6.6p for the current year equating to a prospective multiple of just 8.1 times. This is significantly below UK peer Iomart (24 times), with the shares also offering a higher dividend yield of 3.7% - compared to Iomart's 0.6%. BUY. Regards, GHF | glasshalfull
12/3/2012 21:23 | 2-weeks to year end & forecasts were paired back by a couple of % per my earlier post on the thread, so £12.4 million PTP or 6.4p EPS nailed on IMHO. CSFG Market Cap £69.6 million Net Cash £11.7m (as at 30/09/11) 03/2012 E £12.4m Pre-tax Profit 6.4p EPS 03/2013 E £13.4m Pre-tax Profit 6.4p EPS (Cenkos 10/02/12) Also worth reiterating that earnings will kick on from 2013 per recent t/s; "Due to the upfront associated costs of the office building and Blocks B and C, the contribution from CX5 is expected to be minimal for the financial periods up to March 2013. The Board continues to expect the overall profit contribution of CX5 to be significant once new tenants are secured for Blocks B and C." Regards, GHF | glasshalfull |
