Obviously it's good news on a number of fronts. It secures the cash and indicates that the transfer of leases to the buyer has completed without problem.

However the cash was already in the balance sheet, under 'Restricted Cash' (although it was £673k at the interims, so they must have had to top it up). Cash should now be about £11.7m although there are/were liabilities of £3.8m to come off that, plus some other assets of about £1.6m. So in total around £9.5m or 5.9p per share. Of course there is then a profitable business left behind...

Assuming all liabilities are wiped out. Not sure about that but still see at least 100% from here. I cannot buy more as have enough already and the NMS is small so have to stick with what I have

Price should be double the current one.

Typical market, if it's not up 50% nobody wants to get inolved. 2 people have actually sold this news on very little upside in the price...bonkers

Return of cash deposits

Following the Company's announcements on 12 September 2017, 28 September 2017, 1 November 2017, 30 April 2018 and 10 May 2018, pertaining to the disposal (the "Disposal") of CSF CX Sdn Bhd ("CSF CX"), CSF announces that the cash deposits lodged by the Group for rental deposits in connection with the CX2 and CX5 data centres, amounting to RM9.07 million (GBP1.71 million at current exchange rates), have been returned to the Group.

Which means a Rns could land at any time especially when it's material.

Nice 238k buy at 2p today, not take many more of them and the price will be back in the 2-3p range again

What we need here is a clean set of accounts to demonstrate the value in the continuing business. Unfortunately, because of the timing of the disposal (just after year end) that's probably going to be the 2018 interims due for release in December. So probably just one to tuck away and forget about till then...unless they decide to do some sort of corporate activity.

Nature of the this Aim market now, nobody touching anything but if the right Rns comes along they are pile in at 50-100% higher.

When CSFG announced substantially reduced liabilities following the disposal we should get a reward. The smart money buys before the spike but in this market 99.9% do not want to touch quiet stocks until news and they will gladly paid higher for momentum.
