I'm interested in which building they're selling on; or if all three are going in a package.

If they get rid of all three, this will leave a lovely clean shell with millions in the bank; no debt; huge unused tax allowances from previous losses; an aim quote and very few shares available in the market.

BINGO.

Even if they only sell one unit, it'll transform the business and make it very profitable again; and vulnerable to a bid in a fast growing sector.

Yes your eyes are not deceiving you the mm's dropped on a 819 sale or say £20 but it took 250k to move them up previously.

Should be interesting couple of weeks Dave, also the very small free float makes this very volatile as has been witnessed but the 100% jumps in the share price at times. I think the mm are also awaiting the news now hence the wide spread at present

From what they are stating the disposal might be done for say £1 but the buyer takes all the liabilities on the balance sheet.
On last accounts the company holds cash way above market cap so the deal would leave
the company debt free with cash much higher than market cap and still have another business. 2.25p bid is way oversold. It was 5.5p bid not long ago so there is plenty of room for a much higher price. People always lose money on Aim because of just one
thing and that is impatience.

A disposal would improve the balance sheet tremendously and brighten future prospects significantly. Should see a surge in the share price in that case

Hope so as I'm in at 3.75p although did manage to average down at sub 2.75p last week.
But if they announce a sale it will do 100-150% easily so just a case of patience.

Not sure - the RNS was released mid afternoon and there was not much reaction - results due in two weeks and hopefully more details on the disposal and cost savings - so probably a re-rate then. Maybe 4-5p pre results but to be honest who knows! GLA

S/p should improve tomorrow and rise significantly when the sale actually goes through.

Phil, also the share price has never been close to the figures he suggests. The market is not convinced (yet).
Even if company was worth 149p if does not automatically mean the share price will reach this level. Many shares trade at discount to NAV (thankfully Ctag is at a premium to -£5 million figure in last accounts already)

The leasehold is virtually worthless when you can't even find a tenant for it!
