Creat Resources Holdings Limited ("CRHL") (AIM: CRHL) is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement made on 26 June 2012, Mr. Morris Hansen ("Mr. Hansen") has been appointed to the Board as Executive Director, with immediate effect.
Mr. Hansen (57) is an Exploration Geologist with many years of international exploration and business management experience. Mr. Hansen shall maintain his current roles as Company Secretary and General Manager of the Company.
