How many of you will be attending ?

The Annual General Meeting will be held at Bradmarsh Business Park, Bow Bridge Close, Rotherham S60 1BY on 24 June 2013 at 12 noon.

Just out of interest why do you think there was a need to publish the details of the major shareholdings in the results RNS today ? It was not in there last year from memory and to provide further intrigue they have left off the most recently announced notifiable holder above 3% which is Stuart Hawthorne. Why exclude him if providing a full list ?

In the spirit of Ali, that 50K share sale was mine. Simply need the cash, due to some stupidity on my part (won't explain).

No other sells coming from these quarters, and nice to see the bid price ticking up.

Should be a June update with the AGM I would imagine Knigel, but all looking positive in terms of the cash position to the end of January, dividend, mortgage reduction and like for like sales up thereafter.

Given 300KGBP is being used to part repay the mortgage, to return 100K+ to shareholders is a very significant show of confidence.

I think we probably all need to attend the Agm in June and hear what the plans are from the horses mouth.....oops did I mention horse !?
Do they ever do trading updates or statement at the Agm?

Will there be another update in 2-3 months time? The outlook is positive but I would like to know their future plans ie. more store openings/product plans etc

Compare Crawshaws outlook statement to Greggs, whereby sales are down over 4% citing adverse weather. CRAW on the other hand have seen LFLs continue to improve, and that's despite the snow etc.

Hey Knigel if i've worked this out correctly the dividend is around 5% of Fridays closing price, that is no mean return to dividend so stop being greedy :>)

Morning guys, what a great set of results much better than i anticipated and you even got that dividend Battlebus. Cash up, mortgage done and staff and rent costs ofsetting rising costs. Margins up and trading ahead!

I knew i was going to live to regret it, just figured out that dividend is worth a £1000 a year to me so very nice.

Didn't expect a 0.20p dividend!! However it is "only" covered by earnings 1.5 times so I presume this is due to the positive outlook of the company to continue to improve margins and EPS... Unsure how the share price will react but it definitely should not open lower! GLA

Obviously it has been a topic of discussion here in the past to believe posters here have "around 10%" of the share issue? Agreed it shouldn't matter if you have 500 shares or 50,000 shares - we are all shareholders gl
