23/3/2018 14:02 | That shop opened in late 2015, iirc so, not given it too long | sea7
23/3/2018 13:59 | that is a factory shop, according to the picture. | sea7
23/3/2018 13:51 | Another presumably unprofitable new store closing... | s1zematters
23/3/2018 13:49 | The writing has been on the wall for NC for nearly a year, since the 2sisters deal and the new faces that showed up then. They will be bringing in someone they know well, I suspect. There will be a swift move on shops that have not been profitable and show no signs of doing so - chances are there are some easy wins early on, so this overdone drop has a good chance of a reversal of sorts in the weeks to come. | sea7
23/3/2018 13:46 | yep, I have been in the market twice today at 3.99 and 3.87. the chart is abysmal as indicated by papillon above, however, this piece of news has driven the very short term pessimism to new lows and trashed the share price further. There is news to come, which will take this back up and if they deliver, the momentum can be sustained. | sea7
23/3/2018 13:45 | Pap the chart looked fantastic at 80p though! ;) | s1zematters
23/3/2018 13:42 | bought some more (showing as sells) all those trades over 3.75 and over are buys, mm now moved ask to 3.82 there is still an overhang. Expecting news next week to bust that. | s1zematters
23/3/2018 13:37 | The CRAW chart is abysmal. It's been very bearish for aound 18 months. I wish holders the best of luck. | papillon
23/3/2018 12:36 | to support s1zematters words on closing the N.C era no profitable stores... It talks of three shops - dated jan 18 | sea7
23/3/2018 12:30 | Penciles2 you pay your money and take your chance. You either believe the core shops and factory stores are profitable as i do, or you believe that they are not and will collapse the group into admin. I just wonder what stores would be bought from pre-pack as you suggest because in order to get CRAW into admin those core stores/factory shops would have to turn unprofitable? The group is not going to now keep unprofitable shops opened from the NC era open, they have already started closing them down quietly! I envisage within the next 6 months only the core profitable-stores and the factory stores remaining! Like I said, taking the group back to profit by removing new store opening costs and the drain on the ill thought out new store openings in poorly thought out locations | s1zematters
23/3/2018 11:59 | penciles2 - do you have something you can post, to substantiate the claim of extension of payment terms. | sea7
23/3/2018 11:58 | the warrants associated with the 2 sisters deal, expire on the 26th April. They could only exercise them, if the share price remained above 40p for at least the preceding 5 days prior to exercising them. The strike price of the warrants is 15.2p, which was the price the 2sister deal was structured at. So, one year ago, they felt the company was worth at least 15.2p. ranjit boparan became an advisor to the BOD. I suspect that this is where the pressure came from and they will have known all along about the progress of cranshaw or lack of it. I bet they gave NC et al the last year to get things moving or they would be out. | sea7
23/3/2018 11:54 | they will do a flat pack and all share holders will be shafted. then keep best few shops and start again.i know they have been extending payment terms massively over last 6 month which is never a good sign. | penciles2
23/3/2018 11:38 | two months ago, peel hunt gave a target price of 40p for this, down from 45p the month before. Now they have put the stock under review as of today. Which number will they pick from the air this time. | sea7
23/3/2018 11:07 | new faces announced and some clarity on the strategy will not be too long coming. The decline to these derisory levels from the point of view of mcap and the fact that it sits below the value of the business has created the opportunity for a recovery, now that those responsible are leaving. No long term debt, non current liabilities of £970k and enough cash to cover the current liabilities shows they were keeping there heads above water to july 2017 - they do not have the burden of debt hanging over them, which gives them scope to make changes where necessary, without worrying about covenants etc. | sea7
23/3/2018 10:56 | yes, that overhang when cleared could cause a spike, however, I care little short term.Next week we should see the catalyst. ;) | s1zematters
23/3/2018 10:54 | The amount of stock available at a discount to the displayed offer has dropped suddenly. I could buy size at 3.87p, now I can only get about 30k-50k shares at that price. Anything bigger goes to @best only. | sea7
23/3/2018 10:48 | I understand the product from 2 sisters has been selling well but eating into some existing sales of CRAW product! This may not be popular here, but a lot of the 2 sisters product is quality stuff that is spare production from runs of the likes of Marks & Spencer/Sainsburys/T Make no mistake this is by no means a dead duck business as the share price would have you believe. It just needs repositioning and realigning back into a northern family butchers chain with no ideas above its station!±! We all know the man that can do that! | s1zematters
23/3/2018 10:26 | forget about the intangibles of £10 mill and you still have 8m of non-cash property/plant assets also! | s1zematters |
