Nice reply kermit!!

Pleased we have picked up some de rampers.

Those that know the full story here and hold will be rewarded. Quite simple really.
If you believe you hold.
If you believe the de rampers then on your way, nothing for you here............

Some simple research can be done here. Just read the RNS's.

Would that be where a company requires cash to maintain operations and the stock is taken at a discount Chris? Neither applies to CRV and GEM, I think you are on the wrong company board, are you lost?

Muppet indeed, I am hurt ;-)

First sign of some buys and the MM's lower the buy price to scare punters into selling. Appalling behaviour.

It does appear like they are fishing for shares fenseal, sure we will see more fun and games until news.

We saw last week what can happen with a bit of news. When we get this "transformational deal" confirmed I can see a straight run to over 1.25p. For anyone new that's the figure GEM need to EXCEED to be in profit on their up to £30m investment.....

Again the same pattern as yesterday, a bit of a drop to flush some sellers out then back to level, a bit of churning but confident of a decent rally, it's holding up very well 8-)

So we have been told that £30m is available from GEM (RNS) and £20m available from Desmond Holdings (AGM last year). Taking the RNS on face value, lets assume that those amounts are made available by issue of new shares at 1.25p. That would result in the overall shareholding of the company being: 59% GEM, 39% Desmond (new issue) and 2% current holders of which Desmond hold a chunk. If we had £50m in the bank and 40,805m shares the NAV per share would be 1.23p without any other assets.

But, lets ignore the current assets apart from Em Vest as that seems to compliment the forever on-going Desmond related VOS deal, it could be construed that the VOS deal and Em Vest combined could be worth £50m and would tie in with the excessive amount of time that our acting chairman is reportedly spending in South Africa.

This crazy jigsaw COULD see Desmond in overall control of the company due to the value they potentially have in the VOS deal, their existing holding and the new issue shares. (It's too late in the evening to calculate what would actually be the situation based on the combined effect of all that - and I'm assuming some of the GEM shareholding is purchased by Desmond with the cash they get from their value in the VOS deal at a premium to the price GEM pay for the new issue shares).

If all of this could be lined up (no mean feat) it avoids the potential of the transaction becoming a reverse takeover.

One thing that has confused me about the RNS relating to GEM, there would need to be a resolution that allows the company to issue that many new shares. Is it a coincidence that the AGM is just around the corner?

Perhaps I just need to sleep more.

Charlie - as the proposed "facility" from GEM is via purchase of new issue shares at a price which is "envisaged" to not be lower than 1.25p - there is no cost in the facility apart from dilution for current shareholders. However, that can't really be considered as dilution as we all normally perceive it as the new shares would potentially be issued at double the current mid price.

I may be a million miles off what is actually happening, but am more than happy to be along for the ride - wherever it may take us long term shareholders and the new ones appearing gradually. GLA

Mm's would love to take this lower but drop it too far and there are plenty waiting to pile in.
I did well and sold a small amount at .88
I know from speaking to a few regulars they are waiting to buy back/top up.
Me included.

The beauty this time is I still have 3m of these so it's not as though I'm not in. So can watch from afar.

If anyone can find me an AIM share which is as good as certain to AT LEAST double in the next few weeks/months I am all ears!

Just seems after that RNS an absolute no brainer..........
If anyone can explain why this is not a good investment then I am truly willing to listen and take heed.
All viewpoints welcome!
Regards
Rusty

GEM will be proving funding for upto £30million and will likley be issued shares at 1.25p (all previous deals have been at this price, directors get salaries in shares at this price and the rns reads likely be at this price)

Whats share price now? half that- so if GEM see potential at 1.25p (they have almost certainly seen CRVs plan of what they want to do with the funding) and are happy to invest so am I!

GEM arent here to break even my friends so that is the bare minimum I will be selling out at. (Will re-assess once its their)

To those sitting on the sidelines an analogy of train leaving comes to mind!

Atb to those hokding- i see a nice festive prize/reward on the way.

Was the 0.6475p "sell" a buy? I didnt try dummy buys or sells but with a mid price at that time of 0.65p its awfully close and we seen the same game yesterday with the 500k buy...
