03/2/2016 12:46 | A new buyer paying full ask (even when you haven't had too) and online buy limit cut to just 100k shares currently Looks good, but sure we will see a few more MM games on the way to 1.25 and beyond..... | karina
03/2/2016 11:26 | Looks like a breakout of the upper channel on the charts. Doesn't take much to move the share price So little stock available and 500k hard to find without a premium. | knitcraft
03/2/2016 10:33 | Little flurry of activity. DC | daicaprice
02/2/2016 09:18 | CRVToday 08:48 I would see 1.25p as the bare minimum Karina. The likes of GEM who are willing to invest up to £30m in CRV will surely be looking for a profit on their investment. Heaven knows about the new prospective investors. "The Company is currently in discussions with a number of prospective investors from emerging markets with regard to making a significant capital investment in the Company via a subscription for new ordinary shares" | karina
02/2/2016 08:39 | And so it continues.....! .825 to buy, wonder if they will be back for more? I for one am quite pleased to see the boards so quiet on CRV. So far, in the main, we have avoided the rampers and traders who think 3 hours is a long term investment. What we have are long term holders that now see 1.25p as the new base line once the details of the new deals are released, still almost a 50% uplift from the current share price. That will make the MMs job of getting shares a little tough when this gets going properly...... shame ! | karina
02/2/2016 08:23 | Morning Rusty I agree, doesn't follow the buying pattern of any of our previous large holders does it. There is only so long you can keep a deal like this under the radar, looks like one or two new eyes have spotted the huge potential here or had it shown to them...... | karina
01/2/2016 16:53 | Afternoon all. Anyone else think this is new money coming in at these prices. Us LTH's are all in with good averages. Forming a new nice support level. Hopefully Mr P has been a busy bee since the AGM. Hopefully a nice bit of news soon. Regards Rusty | rusty9717
01/2/2016 15:09 | Very encouraging K, edging closer to the 1.25p for starters. DC | daicaprice
01/2/2016 14:31 | All looking good isn't it DC | karina
01/2/2016 13:31 | Nice 930k buy there earlier. DC | daicaprice
29/1/2016 13:05 | TullyCrow Posts: 986 Off Topic Opinion: Strong Buy Price: 0.725 CRVToday 08:46 Largest monetary buy yesterday for many months, there was a time when a buy like that would have seen a flurry of smaller buys "following up", but not a sausage..How far under the radar are we? it doesn't help of course that our management do nothing to actually promote the company, but that's their stance and we just have to accept that. There is someone accumulating, whilst I am fairly certain that they were doing matched trades at 0.70, there was also an 800k buy yesterday, although how they got that away when mere mortals like us were faced with a maximum available of 150k is very impressive. Just a few days away from the EGM where approval to issue shares will be approved, then we will wait to see how much CRV intend to raise, its indicating £10s of millions. To raise that kind of cash there simply has to be at least one mega deal in the immediate pipeline imo. Once we find out who our investors are the whole situation will become clearer. | karina
28/1/2016 16:23 | Been watching looking for a dip but I fancy .75 is the new .6 from here on. DC | daicaprice

28/1/2016 15:50 | Tidy price for 2m as well I'd say. DC | daicaprice
28/1/2016 15:26 | Nice 2m buy | karina
22/1/2016 23:41 | Nothing to say apart from I dislike HMRC, I need to keep CRV on my list. DC | daicaprice
21/1/2016 22:30 | Someone is snaffling these up in a large worked buy order, probably 1m @.75p is my guess for the first late trade that shows. DC | daicaprice
19/1/2016 17:28 | TullyCrow Posts: 978 Off Topic Opinion: Strong Buy Price: 0.725 CRVToday 17:01 Whatever the situation is regarding the issuing of shares is, the one thing we know for certain is that they have a £30m loan facility available from GEM at an "envisaged" price of 1.25p per share. They are asking permission to issue more shares because of the following statement on the 13th January 2016: "The Company is currently in discussions with a number of prospective investors from emerging markets with regard to making a significant capital investment in the Company via a subscription for new ordinary shares." They are asking to issue more shares to accommodate these investors. The 1.25p figure has been much discussed over the past couple of years, a couple of shareholders have made much about the wording "envisaged price of 1.25p" on the GEM funding, and that's a perfectly fair point. All deals that have been done previously by CRV have been at a price of 1.25p with no exceptions, all fees taken by Desmonds have been with shares at 1.25p. More importantly.. At the AGM earlier this month, Mark Pajak stated quite categorically that he would not issue shares below 1.25p. I was not present at the meeting but trusted friends and board participators were. I have no way of knowing whether Mr Pajak was telling the truth or not, but putting yourself on offer to shareholders with a statement like that and doing something different appears rather unlikely. As happyatlast says, we have a MC of £5.8m Whatever amount gets issued it will be multiples of our current MC. GEM and other investors are wanting to invest in the CRV portfolio, we should be thanking our lucky stars. We should be very cash rich in a few weeks, and I don't just mean CRV. | karina
19/1/2016 10:07 | TullyCrow Posts: 977 Off Topic Opinion: Strong Buy Price: 0.725 CRVToday 09:21 Although we are hardly rushed off our feet with trades..There does seem to be support for CRV at around the 0.65-70 mark. Once the permission is given ( and that's as near a certainty as there is) in early February to issue more shares, that should be the catalyst to take us to 1p and well beyond in my opinion. It seems pretty clear cut to me that Craven want this money for something major, they already have funding in place for £30m from GEM at 1.25p, so to go for more signifies a huge deal(s) in the offing. | karina
