10/6/2015 14:29 | I am very much looking forward to the next holdings update. We know where around 75% of the shares are held currently. Trading today in 0.1% of the issued shares currently has us up 15%...... | karina
10/6/2015 14:27 | Looks like its just you and me here Spazz! Not much busier on LSE | karina
10/6/2015 14:12 | Isn't it ! | karina
10/6/2015 14:11 | Getting interesting!!! | spazzz
10/6/2015 11:00 | FWIW I understand that the 2.5m buy yesterday was part of a much larger order | karina
10/6/2015 10:59 | LSE Posts Many significant " distressed" holders have had their shares taken up by Evan Kalimtgis, what puzzles me is: A) Who provided Mr Kalimtgis with the contact details of the holders? B) Who in fact told him that they were indeed looking to sell? C) Why has he increased his holding to over 26%? Why have CRV never even "welcomed him aboard" ? I doubt he picked our name out of a hat and decided to stick £800k+ into CRV. There has to be a reason surely? A complete guess, but I would reckon Desmonds and Mark Pajak knew all about it. | karina
10/6/2015 08:57 | About 1.30 | parsons
10/6/2015 08:05 | When was that Parsons if you don't mind me asking | karina
10/6/2015 07:24 | My broker came on and said there was a bid for 2m at .505p if I was interested, this is certainly hotting up !! | parsons
09/6/2015 09:26 | 08:51I was just about to post about the limits and then that buy came through and it all changed and ruined my post! We could soon be approaching the 52 week high here of 0.55 as more PIs seem to be waking up to what's been happening over the last few months, mainly EK investment. MMs do not seem to have many shares to give away easy, (I won't say cheaply, as they are atm) possibly more large orders to fill. Could start to get very exciting. | karina
07/6/2015 11:10 | Another 1 million buy put through after close of market (and on a friday)- without a doubt theres a larger order being filled. Problem for the MMs is the freehold of this share is held by long termers who know the intrinsic value here and aren't selling. I could sell my full holding on friday at 4pm (over 2million shares) Needless to say I didnt! Wont be selling until the games unfold here. ATB GLA | manni786
05/6/2015 11:02 | TullyCrow1Go to Thread Complete stand off at the moment, we all know they want the shares to fill a very big order. Incidentally, I do wonder why it hasn't been declared yet..Providing there are no sells, they may have to raise the bid price to fill the order. MMs imo are currently underwater, they have no shares in stock to entice further sellers, so they will rely on PIs getting them out of trouble. Its just a pity that CRV are under the radar so to speak, because a couple of buys would move this up I reckon. There aren't that many available to buy currently. | karina
04/6/2015 21:40 | TullyCrow 730 postsCRVI know nothing apart from there is a big buy order in Gary, and it isn't that 1m that went through late. I could see it was about to jump when the sell price in the background suddenly increased to 0.43p, it finished 0.45p and the MMs were bidding for 7.5m.. Just a matter of waiting now, we are good at that.. | karina
29/5/2015 15:26 | Steve1848 95 postsCRVMoved the bid up a but at least. They're offering 0.43 now instead of the 0.41 this morning. Either another hidden buy or they're just working harder to try and get some sells. | karina
22/5/2015 11:11 | Bumbum your mates on the other thread seem to like to quote your posts a fair amount. You must be kidding if you think this deal isnt good news- make your mind up 1 second you think everything in crvs pf is overvalued then when a deal occurs at this so called 'overvalued' price you claim it was already priced in! Your motives my friend are clear for anyone who has 2 brain cells that talk to one another to see. Heres a guide through the assets- then comeback and tell me if crv is overvalued.https://i | manni786
18/5/2015 15:28 | It's too early to talk about spending the proceeds as the hotel owner's put option basically acts as a 3 month lock-in and means it may yet revert back to the company. | bam bam rubble
18/5/2015 12:25 | This is exactly why we needed something from Mark within the RNS. CRV have created a cash balance of circa £735,000 with more to come, out of nothing other than the ability to see an opportunity and the backing of Desmonds for short term finance. (That's if they convert to sterling, I see no need to currently) This gives them options 1. A dividend, yes really ! - "If it appears unlikely that the investing policy can be implemented at any time, the Directors may consider returning any remaining funds to the Shareholders" - 2. The next deal can be undertaken for cash without recourse to Desmonds or issuing more shares to distressed sellers, no more dilution. That's hugely significant. 3. They could service a large amount of debt. We know they have a huge facility from Desmonds and if the next deal is indeed to be "transformational" it needs to be in the many millions. They could now service a £10m loan for approximately 18 months, or considerably more for a shorter time. All supposition on my part, but that's all we can do when dealing with deafening silence from the Company. | karina
18/5/2015 12:25 | I have to concede your point Karina. Not one shred of publicity has come from either CRV themselves or our Nomad regarding EKs huge purchases. No holdings RNS about Fibera, and a huge debt repaid put out when MMs have gone home and most people have shut down their computers. Put that all together along with no updates on investments in Interims, an acting Chairman who avoids his shareholders despite promises to "get back to them" ( that's a story you wouldn't believe..), and yes Karina, we shouldn't be surprised. But..I am very sure there is something huge in the pipeline, no way on Gods earth has EK put this amount of money in on a whim, no chance. | karina
18/5/2015 12:24 | LSE Posts Cannot see it as too much of a surprise. If we as holders actively looking for the news to be reported cannot find anything but an erroneous piece online, there is not too great a chance of new money being attracted just yet. I see this as a great opportunity to add what I can until the reason for Evans hefty investment and CRVs abject silence becomes clear. Then all hell could break loose..... | karina
18/5/2015 08:53 | And they have significant cash in the bank for the next deal Bam Bam rather than issue new shares to distressed sellers..... Its significant news and should have been described as such in the RNS. | karina
17/5/2015 23:52 | Usually bad news is released late on friday. The question arises why was this news which even a blind bat could see is fantastic, released at silly o'clock on friday? It's not really an exception to the rule since they already booked that €1.5m gain 18 months ago so that's old news. The 'new' news is that the loan is being sold to the owner halfway through its term meaning CRV only get half the €180,000 interest it was due to collect. In other words the balance sheet is taking a hit of €90,000. | bam bam rubble
17/5/2015 21:44 | This is really getting intriguing now. The euro 1.5m agreement for Green Isle Hotel demonstrates how ridiculously undervalued we actually are and would suggest a re-rating is on the cards. Plus, with our active buyer approaching a 30% stake with (it would seem) the company's support it would appear that something substantial is brewing! Time will tell ... | spazzz
15/5/2015 19:52 | They did all they could to delay the news- they actually even got the first payment today! This must have took afew weeks to arrange for sure. When the deal was finalised a rns should have been issued. But guess then someone (ahem!) wouldnt have been able to buy in low. The pressure for a dramatic rise just becomes higher and higher. Great time to be here- one thing im certain of is CRV will be trading above our all time high when all becomes apparent. You heard it here first lol | karina
15/5/2015 19:51 | Usually bad news is released this late on friday- where not many people manage to read the rns as the 'weekend' has began for them. Now the question arises why o why was this news (which even a blind bat could see is fantastic news) was released at silly o'clock on friday? My guess is whoever is buying (ahem evan k) is getting help by crv to keep the share price down. As i discussed last weekend if crv were unhappy we would see attempts to raise the sp- while great news has been released the timing gives it all away. Hold onto your hats ladies and gentleman as when allowed this will rise dramatically. ATB | karina
15/5/2015 19:51 | Considering that money paid is equivalent to around a third of our current MC Steve, I would be surprised if we didn't move up considerably. If there is a bit of publicity ( LOL!! ) it might make a few people take a closer look at us. Enjoy your weekend guys. | karina |
