I'm amazed some of the people I know have so little to say here, I nearly took 500k yesterday as a medium term punt on the confidence shown but delayed til today and then saw no defence ahead of the news which I believe is tomorrow. Are you all expecting a "give us another year"

Buys slowly building, wonder if CRV are after some of that £50m China action?. Elsewhere hoping for new flow on other assets already in the portfolio- not forgetting they have £20m of funding in place!.

CRV seems to be in breach of AIM Rules (Admission doc not available on website).

Amazing really that CRV get away with aquiring businesses using their overpriced shares at 1.25.....no wonder the people receiving them sell out in the end....I am being particularly critical today but this share is giving me the hump!

Look at the big chart since feb '13.....definitely not a thrilling share.....hardly changed at all in 2 years.....how many more? Dull as dishwater this as an investment share for growth, no dividends, no growth....great.....but for who?

It looks a great model to me MP. Though with £20m backing, perhaps we will see some tweaking and at some point a game changer?

An AIM business with cash, assets and an MC less than the sum of the parts, how many of those are there?

Evan Kalimtgis and whoevers behind Roy Nominees have seen something here.

Its not one for thrill seekers though !

Karina,

I can only assume they retain a plc listing so they can keep aquiring other businesses using company shares then otherwise why not just go private with all Desmonds money to fund these activities? I can see how it makes sense for CRV to carry on like this but not for retail investors as things stand.
