Hi Karina. Sorry, no. I asked the question to a colleague about whether or not it was a sell or a buy, and was informed it was a transfer of shares. I don't know who the recipients were/are.

A month to CRVs year end - Under the terms of Craven House's Management Services Agreement with its Investment Manager, Desmond is entitled to receive an annual Performance Fee equal to 20% of the increase in the Net Asset Value per share of the Company during the period, subject to a hurdle rate of at least 5%

The NAV at the FYE 2014 was £5.53m and 0.7 pence per share

Based on the interims the NAV was £5m and 0.62 pence per share, for Desmonds to get a fee I believe they have 4 weeks to increase the NAV to more than 0.735 per share or 19% higher than it currently is..... That would be for 20% of nothing, it would have to be in excess of this for any meaningful fee to be paid to Desmonds......

With Mr Kalimtgis adding and a bit of interest growing we could be in for a very exciting month.......

As an aside, what the f##k do Spark do!? How hard would a one line press release be " Evan Kalimtgis increases his holding in CRV to 15.7%"

Our MC has now reached the dizzy heights of £3.42m, absolutely nothing is it? In my opinion it could be double that and still be value.

No way of knowing if Mr Kalimtgis will add again, if he does..he will have to pay more for shares than he has previously. Whether he will do that only he knows.

He has certainly gone into CRV with his head down, and a few have followed the money today, should news come and many are wishing it sooner rather than later, we can expect another rise which will make todays one look miniscule.

I tend to think that news may arrive once he has finished buying.

Take no notice of advertised spread, its 0.4-0.4175.

I would surmise that they were both buys but from earlier on in the day, and the trade released at those times when the share price moved up a fraction which showed them as sells. Not really scientific, but having looked at the other 1 million buys ( which we believe are Roy Nominees), these appeared to have all happened around 16.15 and 16.29 hours, (and of course some trades announced after the bell). So we can assume the Mr K is still buying. I'm going to set the alarm clock for midnight TC, don't want to miss the next RNS! GLA.

Do you think those two 1m trades were buys or sells Tully(or anybody else)? The last one was just before the bell which is consistent with those 'Mr .38' buys of the last few weeks. If they were buys then they were at a preferential price to the buy price this afternoon so I'd think it was him again. Intriguing what is going on here to say the least.

RNS timed at 18.05, I hadn't spotted it but luckily a pal texted me. What time will they put out the next RNS, midnight? Starting to get just a bit interesting guys.. This is a serious player taking a serious stake in CRV. Does anyone really doubt he either knows something bearing in mind his past banking credentials? Is he finished now? no way of knowing, but for some reason I think he may invest more.

LSE postsEvening all. As we expected Roy Nominees's RNS is out, and by my reckoning Mr K now has over £485k invested in CRV of his own money. I know he's a Risk Manager, but I'm guessing CRV is one of his least risky investments!

From January - KNC - We are also looking for entry into the markets in South Africa, Mozambique, Botswana, Namibia and Angola. Although we are currently present in all East African countries, as a company we are looking to expand our ground operations in this region in 2015. Up until now we have had distributors pushing our products in these markets.

I do not know how on earth I missed this and I hope its ok to put on here, but the Roy Nominee position is now blindingly obvious.....

The Company announces that it was informed today, that Mr. Evan Kalimtgis acquired 75,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p on 8th September 2014

The Roy Nominee RNS - GB00B01TVW49 Current Holding 75,000,000 New Holding 114,500,000 14.2%

So Evan Kalimtgis is out mystery buyer and now holds over 14% and was happy to pay 0.38

Just imagine if we were on the radar, we would be flying.......

LSE Posts for anyone still here !

Just put the phone down to Ms Eavis (director). Nothing price sensitive was forthcoming obviously, but the following is interesting.

She has recently returned from Kenya where a series of meetings took place. CRV have a serious Saudi Arabia enquiry for a venture into cattle farming on a huge scale there. The Saudis wish to invest large in cattle farming as they wish to have direct control over imports of cattle into Saudi Arabia. CRV would also be investing in the venture should it happen. The Kenyan government have offered to donate land to help speed the deal. Whether this actually happens or not we shall have to wait and see.

CRV also have a very good idea who our buyer has been through Roy Nominees, the name was given to me and it came as no surprise. That is not 100% certain though, so it would not be appropriate to put it on this board.

They are also still working on deals, but no details were given.

I would say the people behind Roy Nominees are RBC Capital Markets or one of RBCs iterations They have invested several times in this way in the past via Roy Nominees accounts.

You will note the London address is the same as Roy Nominees, and Worldwide Crop Investors LLP for that matter

RBCCMs office in Vancouver is a 5 minute walk from Desmond Investments(Canada) and they are part of Royal Bank of Canada.

Desmonds are now described as - Desmond Investments Ltd. is a Canada-based company. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is Superior Macadamias (Pty) Ltd (Superior Macs) whose principle operations constitute the processing and sale of macadamia nuts from a wholly owned processing facility based in the Mpumalanga Province of South Africa.

Craven House owns 49% of Ceniako, which it acquired for €1,000,000 in September 2012. The Investment Manager is currently marketing the property, which has been independently valued at c.€4.5m. In addition, an investigation is currently being undertaken to evaluate the suitability of the property for macadamia nut production.

I believe there has to be an RNS each time Roy Nominees add 1% or more now so perhaps another due soon?

Although they dropped it to 0.32 bid to get a few (and it worked..) they were still willing to take a lot more at 0.358, its utterly scandalous how they get away with it. It is pure manipulation in order to fill yet another order from Mr 0.38p.. It was put through right on the bell, makes a change I suppose from 10-20 minutes after the close. We have no way of knowing who the buyer is, but as Steve says, he has quite a holding building up nicely. Whether he is able to buy more at that price is debatable, or indeed if they want to.. It is encouraging that someone is prepared to lump on, but doing little to draw attention to it. Holdings RNS?
