07/7/2021 09:04 | Within schedule and on budget - during a pandemic with remote working. Not to be sniffed at. There does seem to be something to this little uplift - being sustained. More please... | imastu pidgitaswell
07/7/2021 08:58 | Bog standard is good, and a job well done by Costain that is also within schedule and budget can only give the company much needed brownie points. More please. | davwal
06/7/2021 12:06 | Maybe.....just maybe..... | dexter1612
05/7/2021 18:02 | It has popped above the 50 day moving average though - first time since April. Might stay there, might not - too soon to say. 200 day average also rising... | imastu pidgitaswell
05/7/2021 17:21 | Still trading in its normal range....nothing to see here, unless the volume is up of course..... | dexter1612
05/7/2021 16:24 | It will blow at some point... | pinemartin9
05/7/2021 16:06 | a break or another false dawn...? | farrugia
28/6/2021 16:45 | Agreed.... | dexter1612
28/6/2021 16:34 | Directors will be in closed period ahead of the results but it would be nice to see them digging into their own pockets if they truly believe where COST is going.... | lateralthinker
28/6/2021 11:08 | Thanks for your insight....how old are you? | dexter1612
28/6/2021 09:19 | Kier going nicely today. Costain going nowhere as usual. What a turkey. | davwal
25/6/2021 21:06 | Blame for what? £60k+ profits? I explained it before, why it (COST and not KIE) works for me and what I do, not necessarily for anyone else - which you would know if you ever read: Berk. | imastu pidgitaswell
25/6/2021 11:51 | You clearly are interested and you have no one else to blame but yourself with your lengthy tomes posted on Kier ad nauseum.IE why COST was a better/safer investment than kier. Well you were wrong. I`ll leave it there. GL COST holders apart from podgy | sparty1
25/6/2021 10:48 | I have no grudge - and no interest in him, as I think is clear. I just respond when he starts. Just ignore it, it is fairly infrequent nowadays and he only does it when he is looking for self-affirmation. | imastu pidgitaswell
25/6/2021 10:42 | Agreed. The longer you bare a grudge, the more you torment yourself. Look at the Scots... 400 years and they still hate us.. Let it go guys... nobody cares! | npp62
24/6/2021 21:32 | Yes, indeed. The lack of skin in the game from the board is beginning to concern me leadIng up to results. Anyone thoughts on Cost being ripe for a takeover, PE? | dexter1612
24/6/2021 20:14 | The tailwind is preferable. | casholaa
24/6/2021 20:01 | Just let it go mate, eventually it will stop, it's not real life. Its just a bulletin board on the Internet. You'll be better for it. | dexter1612
24/6/2021 16:03 | "It's about making money after all" Posted just now (try to process in your mind - posts can be edited at a later date...) in an obscure location - so as not to clog up this thread. Or your brain. Trades on COST up to May 2021. Sorted by date sold - its a little unaligned, but basically the profits are the numbers before the percentages. Not too difficult to work out, even for you. About £40k on this account, sparty, about another £20k+ on the other accounts, thanks for asking. Just on COST alone. How about you on KIE, with you buying at an average of 80, selling in the low 80s - in your own words? I see you're still peddling that 'debt is being redefined' line on the KIE thread. Those KIE shares which you don't hold. Despite them undertaking a £240m rights issue to, erm, reduce debt, in their own words. Why would they do that, do you think, seeing as debt is being redefined? I don't know - or particularly care - why you keep trying to provoke me; you're abysmal at this investment lark, and it's all too easy to point it out. In your own words, which makes it even more pathetic of you. I've told you before, if you leave it, I'll leave it - I don't feel particularly comfortable pointing out your inadequacies, I have a better nature than that, and I think you're quite a sad case. But if you keep doing it to me, I will respond. Berk. | imastu pidgitaswell
24/6/2021 15:02 | " generate some institutional interest" You mean like kier got?.. I`m guessing most on here realize now that you know how to argue but probably struggle to get your shoes on without help or a manual. It is about making money after all.A man with so many "intellectual" arguments might do better to work out WHY the insti`s do not fancy it..Insti`s do not need persuading they need evidence of future growth and good management. I look forward to your next Novella which I promise to speed read.. | sparty1 |
