They were your words, about the prices you paid and the prices you sold at. If they're wrong, it's because you were wrong typing them on the KIE thread. Duh...

No-one is claiming victory or defeat. That's a really odd way to look at it. It shouldn't surprise me, with your outlook on life, but worth stating.

I am always stating that I am wrong - I never buy at the bottom nor sell at the top. But I do well enough in between and that is all that is needed. I've explained why COST and not KIE, for me (not everyone) and how it has worked very well in terms of total gains made. And I've explained why I chose another share over KIE as a risky share - and it has done far better. And I've also explained in those posts (and on here) that I'm quite happy to trade some of these while it goes up and down and make some monies while I wait for it move upwards properly - so I do. But as always you don't listen. Because you're a berk.

And finally to your last point, I'm retired at 52, mainly thanks to gains made over the past 15 months or so, on top of steadier gains over the preceding decade and more. Which I wrote on the KIE thread ahead of it happening at the end of April. But you don't note it or consider it, because you're a berk with a fixed and firm view of everything. Never surrender...

Imastu, I think it's just you were so condemning about those Kier investors and how wrong they were that causes such friction.
I bought here and Kier, both were valid investments.

plus the next two.

Quite happy to trade some and hold a core. Works well for me, to the tune of £65k (banked) profits so far.

Senior Plc (LON:SNR) soared 36% to 161.3p after Lone Star Global Acquisitions confirmed that it made a third proposal to Senior regarding a possible cash offer for 176p per share.

However, the board of the engineering solutions provider has rejected it.

Lone Star said it is considering its position and has until 25 June to decide whether to make another offer or to drop its takeover plans according to London Stock Exchange rules

owenski, that's not what the market thinks. I'm getting out asap and moving my capital where a decent profit can be made. This really is going nowhere anytime soon and some of the predictions on here for the year end are, quite frankly, ridiculous. .

Nice climb?????? I bought 4000 of these at 0.56 back in March abd wish I'd sold at 0.65 in April. This is going nowhere fast and I'm offloading as soon as it's back to 0.65. This dog is going nowhere for a year or so. It's 10% below where it was in April!!!!!!!

It's not really, is it? It's just oscillating.

Good for a few quid on the (increasingly small) swings, but that's all.
