Dime

For your information. Credit Agricole is a huge French bank.
A farmer's bank and I think the largest bank in France.

dime,
normally the acquired company tends to benefit more.

Lot's of small sellers today I see. Impatience is what it is. Tempted to buy some more CMM. Easy 20% to be made.

I can assure you that not all of the big transactions were sells.

They were all massive sells today, very worrying!

You don't know they weren't two delayed sells or a rollover?

could be right drewster but cant help but htink that any deal will be done when everyone has thrown the towel in and the price is down enough to let those in the know get another bit of the cherry. Am i being a bit cynical there?

CMM and CVS have nasty looking charts and a band of impatient followers ... I fear some lower marks will be available for topping up.

The CVS thing may have more credence than we think, why alert the market and other bidders to your interest buying saving a few pounds on cheap stock, keep your powder dry and wait for the big one, it would be a great deal for them.

Interesting large cross of 1.4 million at 21.12. Has this botomed do we think?

It is not a claim, it is merely an overactive mind.
I genuinely believe I stumbled on something closer to the truth than I thought at the time though. Time will tell.

A question for Drewster.
If CVS wants to acquire CMM surely it would have been picking up cheap stock. There would have to be an RNS for any stock bought but there have been no RNSs. Doesn't this throw doubt on your claim?

Drewster,
you could be "bang on" the money?
CMM looking cheap?

Yes, i think you did mention it Drew', may turn out to be a good call.
Maybe CVS will enter the '250' by acquisitions in the commodities business as opposed to going for a knockout t/over.
They have the institutional backing after all.....Lehmans,Credit Agricole etc.
That issue ti insti's earlier this year was a smart move.

I did suggest it became more likely as time went on, though it is still only a possibility, it does become stronger with each passing day.
