You can still buy them for less than 6.5p

Valuation is more than a simple metric. Crdl a good growing company imo.

So at 6p that values the company at just under £13 million, a crazy valuation for a company at this time impo

So Rathbones Investment Management Ltd had to take up the lions share of those 15 million odd shares it seems, as they now own 9.52% and I see the company has already updated it's website with this information.

So even though they got the money it has so far done nothing for the share price - will they buy more in the market to up the sp?

Suffolkjim Often one buys a hands full of stock, so one keeps a track and gets news of RNS that might change a companies fortunes.

Not long ago I thought they had turned the corner but when they started handing out cosy little jobs to friends I saw the red light again.

However, those hand fulls sometime cost almost the same as the selling fees, so not worth disposing of but there always the hope something pops up that make you want to invest larger sums.

In this case I think that could be a long way away now, as it is well over valued at present impo.

Cavendish get paid by the company, and by the looks of it very handsomely indeed. So that they might make claims that are yet to be substantiated.

This unfortunately seems to be turning itself into a lifestyle business with jobs being handed out just to fill the ranks with pals.

Hopefully with more instis on board the share price will
rise to a decent double digit figure, then the results later
this year and profit in 2025, will spur us even higher.
Then repeat.

This is a direct quote from Cavendish. Note the tense.

By next Monday latest close of trading , everyone will know whether this new trench of placement shares is successful of flog .!! We are just warning investors not to be SCAMMED that’s all by the Company new trick to get more funds at a much higher price than the current market price , that’s all.

Srp you just dislike the truth being pointed out about the RNS.

Months ago when I said that they would be better off going for another round of funding, to be able to drive growth and invest in the hardware to be able to service an increase in contracts, you disagreed and suggested that they would not do that.

What are they going to do, if they get the money, spend it on more staff.
Not a very sensible thing impo.

Recently they even handed a cosy little job to the lady that had taken a break, and not returned to her original job.

I thought that they were making good progress but now you’re nonsense about 18p is even more ridiculous.

The wording on the RNS caught a few out I guess, as it was easy to jump to a mistaken conclusion if you failed to read and understand the whole RNS.

Rathbones Investment Management Limited have not said how many if any they intended to take up at 6.5p, as I pointed out earlier.

The directors also failed to say they were buying any, imo it was a bit of whezze in an attempt to get money at a higher level than on the open market.


Cavendish will endeavour to find placees for this trench - and if succesful they will be paid a very generous amount I expect, hence the £200k for working capital and Placement - how much is for working capital, leaves a lot open to speculation, as Cavendish could be getting more than the lions share of this, if it comes off, which presently it does not look like it.

However, if they issued a RNS that sparked interest tomorrow I guess they could sucker in some plebs.

The MM had no real choice but up the bid this morning and take in stock, so we shall see on Oct 1st
