Well Mr M they are not known for being transparent and the share price tells the story anyway.

Unless you hold more than a handful and did not buy when srp was loading up at under 2p will also be feeling dejected about their performance.

Unless they start delivering and sign large new contracts, I now fear they may hit the rocks, intentionally or not.

The CFO salary is recorded in the annual report as £22,500. You’re grabbing at any old stick you can to beat them with. It’s not a good look.

Another mouth to feed. While this is understandable, they should be saying that she has voluntarily suspended taking her salary for this period.

Looking after their mates even while unable to do the job.

Why should the directors provide that S?

Currently I suggest it’s in their interest to see the share price slide, if srp is correct about a managerial buy out.

On the other hand they will I expect be waiting until they can issue a string of good news to get the share price up for another round of dilution, to put money in the bank.

No new contracts announced, cash burn, funds dwindling, what do you expect?

This is not good, approaching a low with no sign of any interest from the market. Feels like the management are asleep at the wheel at the moment.

That sucks, not even a trade srp, only the MM marking it up. So I got this wrong, thinking a meaningful spike would take place, which goes to show the state of the market imo.

Will the directors make a token buy soon?

Well it does not get much better than this, does it srp. What great news.
Expect a big spike today but it needs ti be followed by more good news or I expect the spike will be sold into.

Beware though, if there is more good news to follow, because the raise needed might follow.

Good trading.

No srp but the facts haven always spoken for themselves.

The company have not been able to gain the traction needed and the costs have gone through the roof because of the USA impo.

The burn rate needs to be reduced rapidly and revenue needs to jump very substantially, and the only way that is going to occur is if they do a big raise to allow them to invest in the hardware and gain subscribers in bigger numbers promptly.

You must be loving the share price you have been negative on
maestrano for years. Volume picking up though.

Why would they do that before they go for another raise.

Look how the costs have risen to the previous year. What do you think is the current burn rate.

If they were thinking of doing that they would more likely let it go into a pre-pack situation, leaving the shares worthless.

I would not be happy with that, as I have always said they need another large raise to deal with growth in the USA etc.

As you know srp I have positioned myself for that to occur and larger shareholders will just have to accept the situation.

Those revenue options aren’t a stretch. It’s profit we want to see.
mr macgregor

There you go, more self mining and note those options are only subject to revenue targets not profit targets.

Don’t give me all this clap trap about aligning his/ their interests with those of shareholders, I don’t mind options if they are set upon reasonable share price targets and PAT.

Anyway it’s the sales team that will ensure revenue grows not the number cruncher.

So little volume, the MM will not want to be holding, so only to he expected. This is a long play and not for traders.

10% fall on tiny volume. It's almost impossible to know what the market thinks of ths share if they'll mark it down on this volume.

Mr Mac I think they will pay once the systems have proved themselves to every new customer, initially I expect the train operators cannot reduce staff numbers, and in effect have to run Cordel's service in parallel to their current support service, so while I agree with you, it is a matter of time before they can up the charges impo.

Another year I believe and maybe more cash to provide for hardware and growth.

I have long term faith in the product and service.

They secured contracts last year but are still running at a loss. Once established I trust they will charge more for their service.

Well yes, they have had to invest in the staff in the US etc
to acquire the sales, so they have the staff now they will
hopefully land the contracts especially in the US, Mexico
sounds interesting.

Patience yes, and happy to wait, although I feel we will
land the contracts sooner rather than later.

Yes srp, and as they get paid per mile or kilometre it should help keep the cash register busy, however today’s figures are a bit of a mixed bag and much as I expected.

Revenue growth but still making substantial losses, over £700k again.

They have to invest in hardware and will need a lot of cash to keep doing so if they are ever going to make a profit.

Operations need to speed up with all the new expenses now being carried.

So more patience needed.
