03/11/2023 13:19 | WHy do they make those announcements so impossible to read? | suffolkjim
03/11/2023 12:39 | TR1 announced. | viking24
02/11/2023 12:43 | Decent buying. | clocktower
01/11/2023 19:32 | Nice 900000 buy at full ask. | srpactive
30/10/2023 15:42 | I wonder if there are director buys today, in an effort to keep the share price up and make it look as though they are confident. I am sure they are, drawing the salaries they do each month. It is going to be a long time before the shares trade above 10p again let alone 15p+ impo. Still worth hanging onto a few because you never know how someone values the software and contracts. | clocktower
30/10/2023 14:29 | Noted that no Going Concern by auditors. | rambutan2
30/10/2023 10:24 | On first reading I saw the words 'cash balance' and jumped straight to the figure £2,692,672. Afterwards I saw balance sheet cash of 1,283,463 so went back to the text and saw the first figure has receivables added. I like the word legerdemain by the way. Reminds me to get back to Duolingo. | mr macgregor
30/10/2023 10:00 | I'm an amateur at this, but I don't see the legerdemain. 'Cash and equivalents' is a separate line to 'Receivables'. However, the cash flow statement suggests the cash is all underpinned by the share issue / equity, thus dilutive and non-recurrent. Meanwhile cash on hand is about the last 12 month's burn, so this company has a shortening runway. DOI: I own, comprises about 3% of my portfolio. | greybroath
30/10/2023 08:34 | I speed read the text in an early RNS and spend more time on the figures. That way I picked up on my error over the cash when I saw it wasn’t as high as I expected. They have to be more careful with presentation of the numbers. | mr macgregor
30/10/2023 08:24 | I guess all the extra expenses of taking on extra US staff will show in the next accounts and have already reduced the current cash, hence the reason for not stating the current cash I guess. As I said srp there are positives but it depends if they can keep the growth up and margins growing bearing in mind all the extra burdens that they now have in the USA. Also as you say the US does not like the UK so it often turns out to be a graveyard for British companies. Also they stated the value of one contract but not the one with Angel trains or the others - which might not be as good. Still, it's not about revenue it's all about profit, and that seems as distant as the sounds of Peace is in the East unfortunately. | clocktower
30/10/2023 07:52 | You'd have thought they could give the current cash position. | mr macgregor
30/10/2023 07:27 | Revenue up Costs stable Loss narrowing. Excellent contract wins. I am okay with that. You hate the company along with all the US hating the UK. Yes hopefully a year of revenue growth and stable costs leading to a breakeven year next year, we shall see. dyor all. | srpactive
30/10/2023 07:14 | So a loss of just £466k but after just a brief look I love the way they have framed the accounts using receivables to inflate the appearance of cash available Pretty good growth though, so there are positives but another year will be telling and then it might be easier to judge the future imo. | clocktower
30/10/2023 06:56 | Any idea where Andrew Pearson ended up having raised years ago for MNO srp? We are in very unpredictable times and even in China now they are preventing IPO’s listing unless profitable, as I guess they have seen so many used as lifestyle businesses. Lots of great ideas but directors love to draw fabulous sums as they perceive themselves as something they are not, as very few deliver on dreams. CRDL seems to be one of those at present. DYOR | clocktower
29/10/2023 17:52 | Yes the nasdaq is full of the same stories, look at draftkings. We shall see, you have never liked this company, your choice as all the US institutions and Biden hate the UK. Now I feel you can see the argument against Brexit. Leave Europe and get destroyed and bought on the cheap by overvalued US companies. dyor | srpactive
28/10/2023 04:50 | Hardly srp, when they last issued a TS they said the accounts would be delivered in October and here we are getting news that I guess they will have hoped to push the share price up just ahead of, rather than with the accounts. All smells rather fishy to me. There has been selling ahead of these results which they stated are going to be released in October, they only have a couple of days left to do so. So what are market expectations, well mine are a big cash burn and more losses and all sorts of excuses and jam tomorrow sort of talk BUT to get there we are going to need more money which in the current market is a problem .......... Guess what ....the costs of listening etc etc all impo of course but DYOR | clocktower
27/10/2023 11:46 | Mms shafting here. | srpactive
27/10/2023 07:37 | MM's playing games here. Another of mine Starvest has had the same goings on, they have had enough, rns out today shares up 60%. dyor | srpactive
27/10/2023 06:39 | Excellent contract wins with value as mentioned, to build on. We are expanding but I am sure profitability is close. Yes a serious bounce is warranted. dyor | srpactive
27/10/2023 06:25 | At last a great sounding advance for the company and for them to mention the value of the contract but fails to say over what period the financial sum covers. In addition no mention of value when it comes to the partnership deal, and clearly a small partnership deal with just one system being attached but still a step in the right direction. Still the questions remain as to what is the current cash burn and when do they expect the company to become profitable. It could bounce today I guess. | clocktower
25/10/2023 14:00 | Maybe those at 3.9p are director buys. I would rather see it profitable than have a lower share price srp but it is only the directors that know the value of that contract and if it is likely to be profitable. Maybe if they came up with a trading statement that stated how much cash they have left, and forecast when they expect to become profitable. | clocktower
25/10/2023 13:46 | Yes we know you want it lower. | srpactive
25/10/2023 10:20 | If they are looking to do a mbo they will want the share price even lower imo/ | clocktower
24/10/2023 19:08 | All Yes a disaster, the management doing nothing to support the share price from 18p to here and the small sells for a few hundred pound is wiping £millions off the share price and now we have a sell taking us negative. I continue to nimble but even I am down to breakeven, fgs. dyor active | srpactive |
