22/11/2022 07:57 | Another good piece of news. dyor | srpactive
17/11/2022 08:48 | Morning all, well he does look a well connected chap, lets hope he brings some coverage to our little gem cordel. If we can cross through and above 7.25p we might see a little traction higher. dyor | srpactive
11/11/2022 17:06 | This is the guy:linkedin.com/in/ | myn0k
11/11/2022 10:24 | Thanks for that link Myn0k - very interesting and as you say it gives an insight that the recent RNS does not. Any comments about todays holdings RNS. | clocktower
10/11/2022 10:40 | I found this more insightful than the recent RNShttps://news.rail | myn0k
07/11/2022 08:01 | UK rail strikes called off lets hope we can get moving up again. dyor | srpactive
01/11/2022 16:42 | Looks like something else brewing | myn0k
31/10/2022 14:25 | Agreed Myn0k, as I still think the market fears another raise but hopefully if so, at a small premium. | clocktower
31/10/2022 08:42 | Nice PR statement. But I think the market is skittish and needs solid financial numbers before this sees any uplift. | myn0k
31/10/2022 07:21 | A very positive statement indeed, and a big step forward having deployed the system on a passenger train that will no doubt deliver exceptional results for the monitoring of the rail infrastructure, and provide valuable knowledge to the staff that take care of the network. | clocktower
31/10/2022 07:07 | Morning all what a super statement, all majors on board. I like this part. Looks like I might be buying another small amount. dyor ---------- Cordel's automated processing will deliver prompt monitoring of Network Rail infrastructure and minimise the need to run special measurement trains, meaning frontline staff can be deployed directly to the area where an issue has been identified without having to physically 'walk' the track. | srpactive
28/10/2022 19:52 | Yes but hopefully with the US booming, we could see both bid and offer moving swiftly higher on Monday morning. dyor | srpactive

17/10/2022 14:15 | Well I feel the share price would get well above 8.25p the price the director exercised the other month. dyor | srpactive
17/10/2022 13:55 | Fair comment TOC but if they do raise I wonder if they will need to offer much of a discount in view of the potential, could they even get a small premium? | clocktower

17/10/2022 09:56 | Well, the "consolidated statement of cash flows" shows that there was a net decrease in cash and cash equivalents of £1.213M during the year (from £1.538M to £0.339M after the effect of foreign exchange movements), so unless that trend is reversed pretty rapidly (and positive cash flow by Q4 2023(?), if that's what they are still saying, would be helpful), the company will run out of cash. Of course, they could borrow rather than issue new shares, but that would seem unlikely given the current market and the company's stage of development. A share issue wouldn't necessarily be a disaster, especially if accompanied by good news, but I can't see how it will be avoided, although I'd be very happy to be convinced otherwise. I certainly don't wish to talk down the company's prospects (which I think are excellent), but I do want to be realistic in my expectations. Regards, TOC | theoldcodger
17/10/2022 08:54 | TOC - Net assets - in part I guess the value of the AI software is being written off each year but in truth it is an increasing asset imo but until we se more detailed figures it's hard to asses what is being written down. Previously I thought there would be a raise (much to srp's annoyance) but if it is now becoming cash positive this might not be required, except as you say at a much higher level to expand into other areas maybe - but that is a way off I would think. | clocktower
17/10/2022 08:36 | Didn't they previously state they were confident they would achieve positive cash flow by end of Q4? | myn0k
17/10/2022 08:19 | Net current assets fell from £2.2M to £1.1M, so unless there's a remarkable turnaround (unlikely given the current stage of the company's development), then a fundraising looks inevitable at some point in the current financial year, hopefully, that can coincide with a contract win and take place at a higher share price than is currently the case. An incredibly interesting company, which is obviously moving in the right direction, but the big questions is whether it will survive to positive cash flow and profitability. A high risk high reward situation. My opinions only, I hold. Regards, TOC | theoldcodger
17/10/2022 07:56 | Yes the comment was positive going forward with an improved half. Bodes well, I am happy with that. dyor | srpactive
17/10/2022 07:11 | Improved cash position, though a small one it maybe but that is the first step forward with a potential growth in income as the pipeline increases. | clocktower |
