Loan Extension

Curzon Energy Plc (LON:CZN), the London Stock Exchange listed oil and gas company, announces that it has extended its outstanding loan with Sun Seven Stars Investment Group, originally announced on 18 March 2020, to 30 August 2021. The loan consists of a principal amount of GBP260,000 and carries a 10% interest rate.

Separately, the Company continues to conduct mutual due diligence with Poseidon Enhanced Technologies ("PET") in contemplation of a reverse takeover of Curzon by PET. The Company will provide further updates in due course.

Another cash raise? Have the 5 cash raises since Parsons arrived not caused enough "significant dilution and poisoned relationships with long term shareholders" already? Good for placees though they can trade the share until their hearts content. Be careful.

another 1m sell, must be close to the end of this selling now. Jeez only 321m in total issue.

When cleared you will be hard pressed to buy anywhere near this price. Got 4.5m tucked away now and will add again soon.

It is more than likely that Burwell will provide a blueprint for further deals in the sector with the company having the ability to take available opportunities, with some going into electricity generation and others being monetised. With the target of developing 4-5 such FGS projects a year, it is clear that this rapidly growing division is set to create a growing stream of long-term reliable earnings which can be used to fuel the company’s battery metal ambitions. Moving ahead, this means that at Corcel, investors will not have the normal concerns about small cap exploration plays with their regular fund-raising exercises that cause significant dilution and poisoned relationships with long term shareholders.

SALE OF THE CENTURY!

In the spirit of his legendary namesake Nicholas Parsons, Corcel Chairman James Parsons is currently presiding over a "Sale of the Century": i.e. CRCL shares at just 1.175p.


And in that long-running Anglia Television quiz show, NP was renowned for his "Going for the Jackpot" catchphrase.

So fittingly, JP is also 'providing a jackpot' in East Anglia:

"The Burwell battery storage and solar project is a 100MW (50MW of energy storage + 50MW of Solar) project located outside of the town of Burwell, Cambridgeshire."



Positive news on this project is expected imminently, and the CRCL share price should react in a purposeful way.

Totally bizzare how this is valued at £4m with the projects they have. All of which are currently valued at ZERO by the market.
