18/3/2021 17:51 | The recent Q and A is well worth a read. One question was So potentially £6m EBITDA per year on £120k/MW. Assuming 12x EBITDA, your storage business at 100% could be worth £75m. That’s 25x your market cap! Answer : Scott Kaintz (Chief Executive Officer) Well, as stated the £120,000 per MW was a Q3/Q4 2020 figure, whether that persists is for market experts to project! But clearly, the UK energy markets are volatile, and the opportunity is quite real! Applying an EBITDA multiple to the project itself could certainly give a back of the envelope valuation, I’d expect SPV investors to also add NPV calculations to their own calculations. Broadly though, I think it’s safe to say that we are not getting credit for the work done to date at Flexible Grid Solutions and the value potentially on offer, and we’re working to make that upside more clear. | rmart
18/3/2021 16:22 | rmart, I don’t think I have ever seen a clearer 10x short term stock in my life, but I have been putting that case forward for most the year on the old thread, good to finally see this getting on people radars. | ![]() mark10101
18/3/2021 16:01 | Are people are finally waking up to how undervalued this share is. Even a 10p share price would only make a £32m Market Cap ! The Mambare project alone took the market cap to £40m at one point before the problems. Now they have sorted it all out and are almost ready to gain the production licence we are at £4m!. And then there are all the other projects ! | rmart
18/3/2021 15:32 | Starting to get interesting now, buying pressure building. | ![]() mark10101
18/3/2021 15:23 | 3.29 is still very low. Market cap would only be £10m ish. | rmart
18/3/2021 14:58 | It is entirely possible a small fund or family office could be buying into Corcel - they are positioned in a very hot sector & there are very few listed entities around. One reason I believe Corcel has failed to respond to market appetite is due to it's low market value and illiquid nature of it's ordinary capital. Nonetheless, with only 321m shares issued the current market valuation is a mere £4m - looks a sound proposition for significant shareholder value appreciation. The recent coverage by Align offered a target of 3.29p if I recall - that seems low. | ![]() flughafen17
18/3/2021 14:34 | Looks like there is no stock at current levels, the market makers are trying hard to contain the price, it looks very good but still a long way to go, would not rule out a trading spike to 2p / 2.5p - liquidity is so tight. | the_debt_collector
18/3/2021 14:31 | LOOKING LIKE WE ARE ON THE MOVE. 1ST STOP 5P, THEN CONSOLIDATION THEN TO 10P . | rmart
18/3/2021 14:29 | Nothing available online right now, looks like something may be brewing, news due perhaps. I think the valuation discrepancy between Mast Energy (£20m+ m/cap) & Corcel PLC (£4m m/cap) is plain to see, both in the same space & same number of projects but Corcel also have significant Nickel interests. Fantastic entry point IMO. | ![]() mrmcnee
18/3/2021 13:07 | Soon buyers will be paying full offer, hard to buy in any size at the best of times. | the_debt_collector
18/3/2021 12:28 | Looks like a material re-rate could occur based on the strength of interest in Mast Energy which will probably attain a market value well in excess of £20m - compare that to Corcel sub £4m valuation. Corcel also have some very material Nickel assets which have attracted the billionaire Mr Zhang - he will be a integral part of the process. Worth noting that 5p a share would only equate to £16m m/cap | ![]() mrmcnee
18/3/2021 12:23 | Level 2 ticking up with each buy now. | rmart
18/3/2021 11:56 | only 320m shares in issue in total. It will move quickly on good news. Only just starting to get noticed now. | rmart
18/3/2021 11:47 | Looks like there is a background buyer, no wonder look how undervalued it is. | the_debt_collector
18/3/2021 10:26 | currently the market is giving ZERO value to any of Corcel's projects. £4m market cap is shell status. It is way off the mark. Even now it should be triple or more of where we are. Buy now while it is just unpopular as when the news flow starts and positive developments take place this share price will be history. | rmart
18/3/2021 10:21 | More evidence the sector is red hot, this has not reflected of Corcel YET ! | ![]() mrmcnee
18/3/2021 10:14 | Under the radar and illiquid stocks like Corcel can offer outstanding gains if your timing is aligned to major investors like Mr Zhang, as others have suggested peer Mast Energy IPO was heavily oversubscribed with a anticipated >£20m market valuation. It is also interesting that Align Research are now supporting Corcel, they timed their support of AST around 3p correctly and started to exit around 14p It will only take one catalyst to drive Corcel to multi bag status, sub £4m m/cap is a anomaly. | ![]() mrmcnee
18/3/2021 10:00 | can sell 1m yes, and at a decent premium 1.16. They have to show the real price eventually. | rmart
18/3/2021 09:57 | Still under the recent placing price, I have suggested for some time Andy Zhang interest in Corcel is material, not many sub £4m valued AIM outfits can boast a billionaire as a major shareholder. | the_debt_collector
18/3/2021 09:54 | 2.2m buys v 91k sells. Nice, so far. | rmart
18/3/2021 09:54 | Wow, they will take 1m shares in one clip, when I was buying over the last few weeks I could only get in 100k lumps. | ![]() mark10101
18/3/2021 09:31 | Not strictly true, as Regency held over 20% of Red Rock, which went to up to £100m Market Cap. But, yes, there was a lot of hope around Mambare and DNi around that time which did indeed contribute to the Company valuation. | nathanthomas
18/3/2021 09:09 | Buys motoring in.. | ![]() bambos22
18/3/2021 09:07 | Just a few buyers coming in, but it will come. So undervalued. | rmart |
