Mast Energy will list at £20m m/cap and would not be surprised to see the shares surge in price, they currently have just two energy projects, the same as Corcel, in fact CRCL Burwell project is more advanced than Mast's suite.

The discrepancy in market value is staggering CRCL £3.5m v Mast Energy £20m+

Now is the time to BUY !!

1.22 for 50k+ on IG, nothing available under 50k.

IG want 1.22p for just 250,000 shares.

Good luck trying to get any stock at current levels, Corcel shares are exceptionally tightly held.

The shares traded at 1.55p in January and were going higher before a market wobble.

I have decided to build a position in Corcel, the demand for Mast Energy was summarised by the RNS from Kibo Energy who hold a material position, note how they talk about acquisitions - see below...

Initial demand has exceeded expectations and the fundraise has now closed. This confirms Kibo's belief that the UK clean energy sector is an exciting investment case going forward.

We look forward to further updates from MED regarding existing projects being brought into production in the very near term, as well as any acquisitions of further projects, on their way to becoming a significant contributor to the growing reserve power market.

I can see a follow through, or in sympathy rise in Corcel as investors seek aligned companies in the energy storage sector.

Incredible that CRCL only has a £3.5m market valuation.

Convinced the plan is to sell Burwell, the post above demonstrates the demand in the sector, just need the market to wake up to Corcel, when it happens the move will be fast.

Mast Main Market listing is imminent, starting with a £20m m/cap - IPO was heavily oversubscribed.

Both Kaintz and Parsons have mentioned on site meetings with parties, Kaintz let the cat out of the bag one time when he said he was meeting a company on-site that was seeking a UK listing (or words to that effect)

Parsons implied Burwell could be worth £3m-£5m to Corcel at a recent online investor event.

Mast Energy are looking to acquire projects like Burwell.

From their recent presentation........

MED will acquire and develop a portfolio of flexible, small scale, multiple Reserve Power generation plants throughout the UK.

A good overview of AIM investing there for sure.

Corcel do seem to have attracted a very material investor in Andy Zhang who holds a 10% stake, he has deep pockets.

I think Corcel will be happy to sell Burwell, having completed some detailed research I believe the buyer will be Mast Energy, a Louis Coetzee outfit, their modus operandi is to acquire energy projects - time will tell.

As you suggest, despite horrendous performance to date it only takes one deal to deliver material upside, I also believe Corcel will be Mr Kaintz last chance in the city so he is materially incentivised to deliver.

Sage, I would have lost more money listening to the bears over the years than they saved me from disasters, which I have had.

The point with small micro cap stocks with £3m MCAPS, with the portfolio of opportunities Corcel has, is that there is 10x potential without management delivering on half the opportunities. So like with all investments you look at the risk reward, 1x potential loss for 10x gains. Just how I do things and I totally get the bears point of views here. They are all decent posters making decent points, but I filter them as it helps my investment focus, which is on the opportunity not the very obvious risks that come with all aim stocks.

A friend sent me this last night as we both had our biggest loss in a resource stock and with successes coming elsewhere atm we want to stay grounded. The mine we were going on to develop has subsequently been developed by another company and deliver lots of huge investment grade diamonds that were predicted and we were invested for. The CEO Philip Manduca was a financier, took a 20% stake with his own money and his Brother is head of Pru. We were delisted less than 3 months after this very positive update. I still do not know what I would do differently other than avoid all AIM stocks. The asset was what we hopped, the management were credible and put huge sums in personally.

My point is, this is a risky area of investment and people understand that, luck plays its role and you just have to be grown up and accept your losses along with your winners.

Been watching Corcel since Parsons became involved, was worried when Nigel Burton decided to remove himself from the company and wondered why, perhaps he did not like strategy and ongoing dilution.

Surely new management must have been aware that nothing short of significant shareholder value delivery would suffice given the appalling performance of Regency, so far a catastrophic failure.

Valid criticism from the bears on this thread, dangerous to ignore their very valid points.

Flug, We have Southport which is shovel ready - or so I am led to believe.
We also have a PhD student who will be reporting on our vanadium prospect as soon as he is back for the new term
Then we have Metcoal which we are waiting on.
And of course the next fundraising.

Looking at the investment proposition at Corcel PLC, seems a pretty mixed bag of projects actually, bit confused as to why they bought RMI debt.

The company has not participated in the market rally in junior resource stocks (looking at their Nickel interests) nor has it benefitted for the thirst for energy storage and renewables, the question is why.

Anyone care to proposition where/when the value kick will come from, are there any near term catalysts for example.

Yes not easy to accumulate, I was happy to buy at around the placing price, penny pinching in this area could look foolish pretty soon. Each to there own, but judging by the number of his posts today his spirit is strong.

I used to have 400m of them but after the various consolidations I am left with 8 shares.
