How do you arrive at the 600k capital raise in Feb? The company says it was 300k.

THESE ARE FACTS

December 2019 - £830,000 placing
April 2020 - £470,000 placing
June 2020 - £220,000 placing
October 2020 - £750,000 placing
February 2021 - £300,000 placing

And therefore one has to ask:

6 monthly "Admin costs" £493k.
Loss for the six months £526k
Cash at bank at 31 dec 2020 £180k.
Cash raised so far - squillions.

WTF is the money?????

Can anyone tell me what comes next?

Pretty certain they are spoiler posters with a job to do. As I have said to them before their presence is reassuring. Best just to leave them to it and hope most people find the right thread.

However despite peoples claim to the contrary what is posted on BB’s does have a significant impact on share prices, it is clearly not the case imho. Say for example you wanted to suppress a share like CRCL and no premium members stepped up to create a clean moderated thread it would deter a lot of new investor interest if the other thread was all people saw. Most people don’t do the necessary research and will listen to people who sound like they have, quoting credible but wrong numbers. For every one poster there are probably 10 people that just watch and that ignores those that just dip in and out.

Looks like they only have 500,000 at offer then it goes to a premium.

Mast Energy (a direct peer to Corcel) is a Louis Coetzee outfit, has attracted a market valuation at IPO of £23m and apparently investors were falling over themselves for a slice.

Louis Coetzee has to be one of the worst CEO's on AIM for shareholder value destruction, anyone who bought shares in Kibo Mining when he was appointed in 2011 have lost 97% of their cash since.

This makes the team at Corcel saints compared to Coetzee yet the company is only valued at £3.5m ??

I think I would rather go with minnow Corcel than Mast Energy given Coetzee's record.

The small overhang has gone away. No seller, which is a good thing. Or maybe not. Can someone tell the persistent sellers of the oodles of placing shares, at profit, that they do not exist. It's strange. Usually when you say something often enough it disappears. Not this time though. Be careful.

They are actually offering 1.15, so why not show the tick up? Because the flood gates will open and buys will come in and they have no stock.

Just put the price up then ! that is your job mm's. Doh !

rmart - stop lying. They have actually raised millions! There is an entire history of fundraisings.

This only in the last 15 months:

December 2019 - £830,000 placing
April 2020 - £470,000 placing
June 2020 - £220,000 placing
October 2020 - £750,000 placing
February 2021 - £300,000 placing

Pieces of sh*t on the dark side lying about the fundraiser. The company raised 600k it burns around £35k a month. They have plenty of cash and do not need to raise again, they will get the share price to a level where they will get another £960k from 2p warrants. No placing, multibag on the way.

How much cash does Corcel have?

The half year results ending 31st December 2020 gives cash as £180,000.

The fundraising on 18th February 2021 raised £300,000(gross).

The half year results ending 31st December 2020 showed revenue to be zero and Administrative expenses to be £493,000 (a 32% increase).

Corcel has enough cash to last until the end of June 2021. Of course, the management will need to raise cash before then. Be careful.

The company have around 12 months of cash in the bank and have the potential for £960k (another 18 months) from warrants to come in at 2p. They need good news flow to get the share price to around 3p for those warrants to be taken up. Then they need more good newsflow to take the share price higher for those investors.

This is hardly a share for an ISA. For a share that is hard to buy an awful lot of these babies appear to be sold. Learn the lesson of the Corcel share issues. Since December 2019 the shares in Corcel have increased from 87,000,000 to 321,000,000. Ever likely that there are more of the same to come. When someone buys up 3% of these puppies it allows placing shares to be sold at a profit. The only game in town. Be careful.

I can imagine there will be a great deal of ISA cash heading into Corcel PLC from April 6th.

It is hard enough to buy shares in this outfit at the best of times but when there is demand it is nigh impossible.

The conundrum is if you wait for your ISA allowance you will surely be paying more for your shares as the market makers will up the prices.

Great time to buy now IMO.

The issue I believe is the land lease at Burwell. Once this is signed off the share price will go up in multiples. We just need to see that in place for the project to be worth much more than Mast who have less than half the capacity of Burwell and yet are coming to market at £23m Market Cap. Without it there is no project and that is why lost are waiting on the sidelines.

This will go ballistic when Mast Energy IPO on 14th April, there is talk they have been supported to the tune of $100m of investment cash looking for a home in the energy storage space.

I think Mast could easily hit £35m-£50m market valuation, the shrewd are buying Corcel simply because they are in the same space, significantly undervalued, have a larger project (Burwell, near shovel ready) which could easily attract a buyer happy to pay a nice premium.

It is worth noting the vendors of the Burwell project were happy to take Corcel shares in part payment, it is rather interesting that folks near to the company are also happy to take CRCL shares as payment.

The time to buy is before April 14th, if Mast IPO is a mega hit then Corcel will rise (possibly significantly) in sympathy.

Corcel m/cap of £3.5m is balmy.
