Seems like the MM are happy to take on a fair amount of stock above bid - JG a bit slow coming out with conformation, lets hope the deal is done and dusted and there have been no delays.

Maybe the seller (140k) got nervous and sold as we have not yet had the confirmation of the deal.

Yes good point , perhaps confirmation come Monday along with a forward plan would make the market sit up and listen to the potential of CRU

Another 100k of buys and it should start to take off, if we see no further big sells before we get confirmation of the sale later this week.

Wouldn't think many ,if any ,PIs hold over 1mill shares here,as there is a small free float ,maybe only 20-25 mill in total .Once the deal is done & funds in the bank,shouldn't be too long before. JG announces his future plans.

It is This_is_me when it costs you thousands every faction of a penny down, and brings further opportunities the other way when those fractions rise, if you’re holding a lot of stock.

Some holders on this thread may well see losses of profits of £10k or more for every penny, or equally add £10k or more on the way up.

Chill mark - look when Miton were selling at 4p - when the numbers add up, as these do it is just a matter of calm, confidents coupled with self assurance that one has made a very low risk investment.

Note the MM are just keeping the offer at 11p - there are buyers.

Amazing to see the selling at this time but the MM are having a good old shake out by the looks of it.

How long before the drop the ask, as one MM seems to have a lot to clear.

That would be a nice spring result for the portfolio for me if it heads towards to 15-20p mark. Do you think the market is just holding it at the current price until the deal is solidified? Not sure what will push to 20p but 15p certainly with remaining property and business

Yes markth126 - but the backstop date was much later - so it suggests to me everything has been going to plan and swimming along at the planned pace.

"Completion is expected to occur in February 2021 , with a back-stop date of 30 April 2021."

It shows the expertise to be able to conclude such a contract and carry out the agreed repairs/improvement to the property that I think was part and parcel of the deal.

By the end of the month I expect this to be past 15p heading towards 20p maybe.

I dont think its early completion date as that was the date mentioned in the January 19th circular. All good though, get the cash in the bank and then onwards to......?

robinson plc today announced an acquisition of a danish company. they should have a go at coral as well - on the same multiple coral should fetch nearer to 20p/share !

Just over 24 hours to wait for the meeting and possible further good news, and soon after we may well see fresh interest in the stock and a considerable increase in volume.

Even the sellers are sleepy today.

Upwards johnhemming if you DYOR but you just have to wait till after the next meeting but if you do you may well miss the next station along the track.At 10.84 a gift imo and I have paid more for some of the stock I hold even though I am sitting on a very decent profit but would not even consider missing the jam and icing on the cake.

MM working on small margins now as can buy at 10.84p but tried a dummy sell and could not sell 20k even today.

I wonder if Miton have been dropping more stock?
