28/4/2021 10:52 | MM seem to be holding it down for some reason unless they have a big sell order in hand that is. Maybe a profit taker is around? Still buying opportunity, thats why I have picked up some more today. | clocktower
28/4/2021 10:13 | From RNS dated 10 March 2021 "In addition, the Company has repaid GBP500,000 of the CBIL loan with the intention of repaying in full the outstanding balance of GBP433,333 this financial year." So within days this will be paid I expect and maybe another positive RNS with it. Happy days. | clocktower
28/4/2021 09:50 | temelco - I expect the share price to be a lot higher than 15p and they may well exercise at 15p and all the more likely if JG has used the stock he has bought for CRU to add further value. Offer up to 1449p now. | clocktower
28/4/2021 09:50 | I just spotted the market cap above here. £12.03m. Ridiculous. Cash and Haydock probably come to more than this | temelco
28/4/2021 09:49 | IMHO they still need to get rid of Haydock, which will give a very healthy profit and cash boost. If they are going to pay a divi, they will need to pay off the rest of the CBILs loan as you are not allowed to pay a divi until it's repaid. And there's probably a lot of other stuff you can't do as well..... | temelco
28/4/2021 09:43 | You would think there would be some good bargains out there right now to go and bolt on. | markth126
28/4/2021 09:29 | CT - yes worthless below 15p, but COULD still be exercised, and held. Doesn't make a lot of sense, but possible | temelco
28/4/2021 09:12 | Tight spread today - sell at 14p buy at 1405p Is JG about to buy another business? | clocktower
27/4/2021 09:21 | So far no news about any further buys yesterday but bear in mind the options JG mentions are worthless until the share price excessed 15p if I seem to recall correctly. | clocktower
26/4/2021 21:25 | If it is they have "retired" about 2+% of the total but maybe as much as 10-12% of the free float | temelco
26/4/2021 21:08 | 220k after close @13.5p will that be another wedge picked up by JG and will we see another RNS in the morning. Free Float shrinking if it is, so one of these days something might trigger a big jump I guess. | clocktower
26/4/2021 09:17 | It does not say the shares were bought back on the stock exchange. I presume part or all of the deal might be done off market if a seller approached the company with a block that might be big enough to go through the stock exchange at a discount to bid price. Approaching the company directly might achieve a higher price for a significant holding (or a bigger volume than market maker might be prepared to handle). | aleman
26/4/2021 09:05 | A 5% dividend yield (around 0.75 per share) would cost around £400k ( assuming a few more share are bought back) which would be 75% covered by rent received of £300k , leaving only £100k needed out of profits.JG has previously demonstrated a fondness for dividends & assuming our 3 operating subsidiaries remain profitable & the absence debt suggests that ).75p would be well within our means | base7
26/4/2021 08:33 | Between the price drop which the house broker managed (as I suspected)around the 21st to 23rd they had able opportunity to pick up the required amount of stock. Unless JG comes up with further new or a great TS I guess they will continue to work the stock to acquire more at around this level. So just a waiting game and doing what charo said as few posts back. Have a good day folks, as nothing exciting is likely to happen with this stock today. I'm waiting for the results of BBSN this week to brighten up my week hopefully. | clocktower
26/4/2021 08:05 | The price quoted in the RNS was 13.4119p. I don't see how that figure for 420,000 can be got from the trades data from Friday as given on ADVFN. | this_is_me
26/4/2021 07:53 | Could be seen as a mopping up operation before the end game. Tighten the available supply first, classic strategy | temelco
26/4/2021 07:35 | Another good deal. The trade didn't appear on the trades list. | this_is_me
23/4/2021 17:44 | Think that might be share price .... | temelco
23/4/2021 17:27 | Did he say where our SO will be end of 2021. | charo
23/4/2021 15:31 | Mind games and you see how well it is played on the BB boards all over the place. Structuralism was the name given to the approach pioneered by Wilhelm Wundt (1832-1920), which focused on breaking down mental processes intro the most basic components. The term originated from Edward Titchener, an American psychologist who had been trained by Wundt. Wundt was important because he separated psychology from philosophy by analyzing the workings of the mind in a more structured way, with the emphasis being on objective measurement and control. | clocktower
23/4/2021 15:26 | Plenty of amateur psychologists on these boards temelco. :-) | clocktower
23/4/2021 15:24 | Trust in JG another saying. | charo
23/4/2021 15:23 | CT - I think that's an elongated version of " Events, dear boy, events..."! | temelco |
