01/6/2021 21:04 | Thanks Oldie, good news, lets see if Ross B. adds. There have been a few unusual 100k, and 50k lots traded during last two days. He probably has ears and eyes on the ground. If he adds, others will follow his lead. Gla | book5
01/6/2021 20:11 | Yes, the 4 % were mentioned and also the fact that land is indeed a non-issue. As I wrote here a while ago we could acquire all land immediately at a relatively high price, but Mark prefers to save money and go the legal route. Another interesting point was that Ross Beaty did not sell any further shares after the SAG mill purchase was announced :) So, all in all a very positive outlook. | oldiegoldie
01/6/2021 19:30 | Yes it appears from the pdf that more land has been acquired such that only 4% is now outstanding. Does anyone who was able to watch it know if this was mentioned in the question section? Unfortunately I missed it as I was driving and the previous talk with the Swiss guy did bring out some interesting stuff. | 888icb
01/6/2021 17:19 | I missed the video presentation the pdf of the presentation has been uploaded to CNR website now we own 96% of the of the land anything significant I missed? thanks | book5
01/6/2021 15:21 | SAF Mark has said before about looking for management.....It could come quicker than you think😀ԅ | goldrush
01/6/2021 15:15 | Sir Provided new one is an honest technically orientated person... | book5
01/6/2021 15:02 | Concur again | diggybee
01/6/2021 14:53 | book5, it is my firmly held belief we have an honest CEO/Chair, my concern is not that, it is that perhaps we need someone who has the experience to take CNR from explorer through development/construc | sir andrew ffoulkes
01/6/2021 14:48 | I agree. Difficult to step back though I should think. And a difficult job to come in under him. But now need a technical guy with experience. | diggybee
01/6/2021 14:47 | I want an honest ceo, that is all. There are so many thieves around that it is scary for me where to put my money. | book5
01/6/2021 14:23 | To be clear, I would not say that Mark has to leave, his experience with this specific project remains invaluable, however I do feel in the very near term he needs to step back as CEO and perhaps remain as just Chair with a new CEO and/or also a COO. It's an experienced management team for a development project that is required, whatever the cost, hence my tongue in cheek remarks about options in my previous comment. Mark absolutely does not have the experience to be taken seriously going forward and I think/hope he already knows this. It is just a matter of time before we have some bigger more serious management guns to listen to. | sir andrew ffoulkes
01/6/2021 13:22 | I've recently taken a punt here, hoping that the bore of the decade will soon be not so boring, combined with the hope that the company being in Nicaragua isn't going to remain the going kiss of death for too much longer. The political discount here must be very large, and I really ought to read up on the the latest news concerning El Presidente, which is not a small part of the equation IMO. Maybe this afternoon's (?) chat will enlighten holders, one way or another. | corrientes
01/6/2021 12:11 | I think it looks primed with Level 2 at 3 v1......a little bit of buying could propel us forward..... I think the drilling must be key.....as book5 has said before....then we will announce what land and the deal with the miners .....IMHO | goldrush
01/6/2021 10:54 | Sir Imho is greed what is slowing this. It is expensive to pay to the miners (say 5% of the company has been paid so far for all the land), yet it is cheap to pay 3% in options in one go. We are at risk, no sure how big, of being nationalised due lack of proguess and change of goverment. Hopefuly the new construction permit give us a boost, we need to move fast before the elections, I believe we will. | book5
01/6/2021 10:35 | The longer I remain invested here, the more I look for reasons why the share price is held back. I am at a loss for a decent reason, indeed we can talk about land purchases, elections, finance, key stake holder share sales etc etc but I'm less convinced these are the reason. I'm coming to the conclusion that the market has waited so long for real progress that it no longer has faith in the management team. I honestly see no other real reason. It saddens me to say this after Mark has carried out such a good job in sometimes difficult circumstances but now is the time if ever there was one to employ a serious CEO who has experience of and can develop a project. After all it's not as if they can't also put their nose in the options trough like the other BoD (so being able to afford them is not a real consideration). | sir andrew ffoulkes
01/6/2021 09:12 | Meanwhile though, not even a ripple of excitement! A millpond of activity before the violent surge higher? | diggybee
01/6/2021 08:30 | Goldrush Thanks I hope we see the share above £.70 by end of this month. News should be coming fast Gla | book5
01/6/2021 08:19 | book5....These options come out of publishing the results etc and out of the Remuneration Committee thus Directors, Staff and consultants. Other Options can be granted at any time subject to the deal and approval by the Board. | goldrush
01/6/2021 08:09 | Shame they have not given some options or shares to the miners to get the land sooner. | book5
01/6/2021 08:06 | Yes The 2021 Options have an exercise price of 48 pence per share, equal to the closing price on AIM on 28 May 2021 and are exercisable for a period of 5 years from the Grant Date, with the restriction that no options can be exercised within 12 months of the Grant Date, only up to 50% of the said options can be exercised in the following 12 months and thereafter, 100% of the said options can be exercisable, provided that the grantee remains with the Company | 888icb
01/6/2021 08:01 | 48p - Money for old rope - Reward for past efforts? Like the exercise delay - should keep then all on board - Only skimmed - Has anyone seen anything about a leaving claw-back clause? | pugugly
01/6/2021 07:51 | Gold up this morning to 1916. Let’s see if CNR can follow continuing Fridays rise as we await further news, hopefully today. | 888icb
01/6/2021 07:12 | Options distributed ahead of share price rise. Interesting times ahead. | book5
30/5/2021 11:00 | I do not see the point of a FED or ECB crypto coin. I can already pay anywhere with my smartphone today, in a safe and fast manner. Crypto makes IMHO only sense as an independent currency like BTC, ETH. But we are just watching this being killed by the governments. What could be interesting is a gold-backed, independent cryptocoin, but I prefer to stay with the "real deal". Anyway, the next worldwide gold rush has just started. In 1 or 2 years this will be total madness, just as crypto is today. With regard to CNR, I registered for the presentation on tuesday, lets see what MC has to say. | oldiegoldie
30/5/2021 09:02 | A decent video: majority crypto will go to zero, gold is safe I do not agree with everything this guy says, bcs imho for the average women and men who pay taxes, goverment backed crypto should not make a significant difference | book5 |
