I added some today.
I believe the very probable presence of Ortega's family as shareholder means goverment supports us.
Today our Nicaraguan cnr's Ceo said that condor will increase gold production in nicaragua btw 20% to 25% per year.
I really hope we have news soon that push the share price up above 60p.

Clearly we are following the strategy of
Finding new resources to offer land for land. Why? Bcs goverment, at least so far, has not moved in our favour, and cnr knows that the miners will not leave their land for only cash unless push with a bayonet .
Sp will do ok provided we get an extension, otherwise ...we will probably be selling or ask for more cash
Few weeks to wait

Main driver for CNR share price is purchase of the remaining 5% of land and compliance with the Environmental Permit before the deadline.PoG can bounce to $3K but unless the Land purchase is completed the share price will stagnate. If there is an extension to EP then the market reaction might not be the best.

I am not attaching great significance to the gold price but it is useful background information as it does in general affect sentiment towards gold stocks. It will of course be very relevant to our future profits and would be used by someone making a bid to take a view on the value of our gold in the ground.
If you look over a longer period say from the start of 2020 when CNR was 20p and now when it’s circa 50p the graph for the rise in the gold price is quite similar.
But what we need is good news and I am hopeful that it will arrive soon starting with permission to commence building the mine and the arrival of plant on the site.

Not wanting to rain on your parade 888ICB, but the POG did sweet FA to our share price when it hit $2,070 dollars on 07/08/20! I'm heavily invested in here for me and have been loyally or stupidly for over 10 years, so I want this to succeed big style the same as any share holder, yet I'm still under having averaged down heavily.

The most unskill new entry lvl as guirisero gets $15 per day per 8 hours. Compare this with $5 in zonas francas per 12 hours shifts. Or $150 per two weeks at 24 hours shifht, with a rest every other day as security manager.

I don't recall the numbers can anyone remember but were CNR not say they were hoping to pay about $700/m v a national average of about $200. I can't remember but the margin was very significant.

I trust MC and JM to get on and do what's best for the long-term future of the company. That of course includes ensuring that local people and employees are treated with dignity, respect, fairness and that the company acts with social responsibility.

The land arrangements will be sorted when necessary and appropriate. CNR will and should not pay excessively, however the price and associated arrangements will be a matter of negotiation, so the optimum answer will be arrived at.

Rates of pay in Nic are what they are. I hope that CNR's people strategy will put remuneration in the upper quartile of local pay rates so they can hire the best people. And other employment arrangements such that CNR can be a preferred employer in the area.

Shift patterns will be pretty common across the industry. It's like in manufacturing companies where I have work experience. 24x7, 24x5 or so-called Continental shift patterns are common - if you cannot fulfil the shift pattern, then the job is not for you.

Honestly, we should all allow MC and the company to get on and do the best for everyone. Constant rumblings on this BB are pointless.

Many people dont want to give away their jobs
MC said he will be using subcontractors as per the rest of the industry.
Having said that cnr has recently not given a drilling job to a subcontractor due his bad reputation against workers
This is not about money, Cnr could pay 6k for associate , this is about la mestiza. For the majority of miners, specially the above 35 is about jobs and survival.
My contact at Santa Fe, working at El Limon, had to quit bcs the shifts were affecting him, he is a young man with kids.
In the Zonas Francas, apparentlt the Chinese, and koreans firms pay less than $10 per very long shift。There is nothing else so people take the jobs.

I feel sure Condor will not be subjecting workers to impossible shifts that make people sick. The jobs with Condor will be modern open pit mining which is very different to the old fashioned and dangerous mining they currently undertake. This is progress and a better lifestyle for the miners and their families. Look at what Condor has done for them already in the village, something what they are doing and earning now has not been able to provide.

It is their Land
And about jobs? explotation is what the subcontractors of main miners do, with impossible shifts that make people sick.
There is a reason why workers want to work directly for main miners, and not for the subcontractors. As the main miners want subcontractors rather than direct workers , so the non-so-naive older miners want land to work for themselves rather than for subcontractors.
Industrial relations are so bad bcs the socialist labour laws.
