It seems the big sellers are not active at this level
This is encouring
Big spread, does it mean there is not interest(sell or buy orders)?

Another quiet day with no change on volume of 85000. Gold however is continuing to improve and is currently 1725.

I believe all agree miners (a comunal enterprise) will have to be compensated with land and cash based on the gold is in their land among other parameters.
Cnr must have an offer ready by now.
No too many months left, I hope We will have news during April.
More gold found at la india should help to lend an area of la Mestiza, hopefuly we have confirmation of the rumors of an area with bonanza grades at the India south end.
Cnr has passed from no plans to drill at the Mestiza, to plans to drill at the mestiza, the more drilling the better.
I believe share price is ready for a push north.

I agree I think it's pretty significant. In fact you would probably almost rather own that last but if land than condor shares right now! And then swap the land for shares.

Agree but isn't 100% ownership one of the main conditions of the Environmental Permit which as they say The Company has now purchased 95% of the land in and around the permitted La India open pit mine site area, thereby getting close to completing one of the main conditions of the Environmental Permit and significantly de-risking the Project.

Years back they only paid for a part of the whole cost of the land, the rest was paid last year, mestiza was probably bought long time ago.
I am hopeful it is true the rumour that cnr will make an offer soon now that we know the gold that is in the coop's land. I should know when cnr makes an offer.
I know that 2 to 3 months ago, a cnr proffesional engineer said during a job interview , that they will not buy plant till we have all land, they changed their mind, at least with main piece of kit.
Keeping an open mind about land importance, but it is a condition to get the permit by June, if I remember correctly.
So far Mr. Market is not impressed,

OAP - why do you think that about the land? The plant construction is basically progressing now anyway - access roads being built, land cleared etc, I'm not sure that 5% of the land is actually holding anything up..

Personally I think whats now holding things up is the backlog of assay results at BV in Vancouver from all the drilling thats been happening.. until those results are in, they cant finalise the mine schedules for La India and Mestiza starter pits.. But in the meantime they can still progress the TSF and SWWB studies to completion..

All of that is going to be required ahead of an updated PFS to update the project economics to include Mestiza etc.. plus update the reduced CAPEX spend as a lot has already been done ($4M spend on land etc)..

Its all to play for here this year.. expecting to see some great PR from the company soon on the work thats being done to start construction.. plus we should get to see some pictures of plant equipment arriving as well etc.. I think the market will react to that when it sees that this project is 100% going ahead! (with or without the 5% land) For me, the land is not on the critical path anymore and it will only be settled i.e paid when absolutely necessary... thats good business practice..

Everything seems to be progressing well but the remaining 5% land purchase is holding things back share price wise.

Just listened to Mark’s Proactive interview and it’s extremely positive. The fact that $60 million of free cash flow could be extracted easily in 6 months from starting to mine the starter pit is great news for the financial side of the project. The new mill is ready to ship now and the first parts will start arriving in 2 weeks. Mark was clearly excited by the speed of the progress that is now being made. Well worth watching .

ear All, Please see attached today's announcement detailing an excellent drill assay result. Comment below: "A drill intersect in LIDC406 of 17.90 m (17.4 m true width) at 3.27 g/t gold from 24.55 m drill depth, including 2.1 m @ 15.1 g/t gold is highly encouraging and adds considerable confidence to the geological model, the mineral resource and reserve calculation and mine plan. The drill intercept is within the northern La India Starter pit, which is within the fully permitted main La India open pit mineral reserve. The geology team has done an excellent job and completed 40 drill holes for a combined 2,170 m of infill and RC replacement drilling within the two La India starter pits. Assay results for only 6 drill holes have been received to date. Approximately 1,400 m drilling remains to be completed of the current drill programme" An interview today providing further detail on the Announcement:https://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/945345/condor-gold-announce-some--fantastic--results-from-drilling-in-the-northern-starter-pit-of-la-india-945345.html

From a quick read of today rns I conclude the first 6 cores were drilled much deeper than the others. Is this correct?

The potential bonanza grades I am refering too are at the south end of the vein, these results still need to be reported by formal rns.
Hopefully cnr gives priority to that cores to be analysed asap. It would be nice to be able to extract some few dozen of millions of dollars from that area with minimum effort to reduce dilution.
Would we start digging this area soon?

Good start Up 3.26% on 11% spread 45/50. Second trade of the day was at full ask of 50p.Let’s see if these very good drilling results with excellent grades can take us above 50p.

New rns

Following completion of the drilling in the Southern Starter Pit, the next stage in the infill drilling programme is to twin drill an additional 14 RC drill holes (1142 m of drilling) that are located within the La india mineral resource pit shell.

I wonder if thay will require a different drilling rig.

Lets hope this rns reverses the short term trend

Three more rumours:

The modest increase in the scope of the India's drilling was because in the last few drills they found large concentration of gold , what they locally call "escarche". I heard that as a result the security at our stores has been increased from 2 to 4 guards to secure the cores/samples till they leave the site. This is probably a small area, so do not get over-excited. As MC said there will be plus and minuses from our drilling campaign.

At this end, there is a secondary vein in Condor's land (close to the main one), that was never mined, but was explored by the Russians and other company with trenches, and that CNR will not be drilling at the moment because the new priority is the Mestiza.

At the Mestiza, CNR has been building earth rig's mats, and access ramps to start drilling probably after Easter.

The reason they are not negotiating with the cooperative is because we are waiting for the lab's results to find out how much gold is in their land, after the lab's results CNR should make an offer. So it seems It makes sense we started drilling on the Cooperative's land.

All above rumours are just rumours till they are confirmed by a rns, they may not be confirmed if the rumours are false.

It seems that at cacao the drilling workers are not locals.
