Miners put their price, 6000per associate (could go 3000) and land at two posible places (preferibly la mestiza). Up to last weekend condor has not responded to miners. Next weekend I will know of any changes that may have happend during this week. Miners position looks very strong. Goverment is absent for now. Even in cacao there are miners working on land that is, or was own by ministry of defense. I expect similar issues in cacao, though not as severe as in la india.

Fair enough. I think it will unleash an anchor when it finally happens. Until then unlikely to expect it to go anywhere.

We do know the problem and it’s what you would expect in any such situation anywhere in the world. The owner or owners of the last piece of land are trying to hold Condor to ransom. They are demanding way above market value for their land and Mark quite rightly does not want to overpay as to do so is not in the best interests of shareholders. More importantly perhaps for relations with the community it would massively annoy the 95% who have already sold for a fair price if someone now got a lot more. Mark does not want to conduct his negotiations whilst giving a publicly available commentary. He has said it’s not a problem so let him deal with it.

Well it will likely pop when that's the case. I guess it has not really been fully explained why there is still 5% outstanding and why if it is not a problem that 100% has not been secured? It's a reasonable, albeit maybe minor concern, for these retail investors like us who are currently the backbone of the company?

This is the link to last nights presentation World gold Forum Q&AWed 21:55 hxxps://www.goldforum.live/DGG/Condor-Gold?bmid=85df432d6e7d Although there is nothing really new Mark comes over well and it’s worth a listen. He does however mention there will be new drill results soon and he received 3 offers of finance during the conference. He also mentioned that a few retail investors kept making negative comments relating to the final 5% of the land. Mark said this was not an issue and the land would be purchased at the right price. Project is proceeding as if all the land was owned now.

We appear to be up slightly this morning on volume of 70000 from 3 trades. However this is just due to widening the spread but at least to the upside from the 46/49 of recent days to 46/50 today. It’s good that we have been maintaining the current share price on low volumes but it is about time for some news to get this moving above 50p.

Question regarding how long it takes to execute a Bed & ISA order. I put my Bed & Isa order last 6th of April at 8.05am, I have received the following message from Interactive Investor. We have received your Bed & ISA instruction and this is currently waiting to be processed. We will work as quickly as possible to sell your investments and move them to an ISA. However, as we are currently experiencing a high volume of Bed & ISA requests at this time, they are taking longer than usual. Unfortunately, there is no specific timescale for when your instruction will be completed. If your request is urgent, it can be placed over the phone instead. However, this will incur the additional phone commission charge of £49 on the repurchase. ======================================================= Question is, how long has it taken to you to execute an B&I electronic order (no by phone) ? Many thanks B.

So far no news from my side. As the humid season comes nearer. the number of artisanal miners at the ravine are currently decreasing. I hope this encourages land negotiations, locally there will be less jobs. Gla

A quiet start to the week unchanged on 9 trades and volume of 15000. The last drilling results were on 30th March so hopefully if nothing else perhaps some more drilling results this week.

book5, In answer to a couple of questions you have raised in recent posts: Strike. A lateral extension of gold mineralisation. ie length as opposed to depth. Mineralisation may also DIP - ie slant downwards. Also, you asked about whether gold can exist in 'soft rock'. The near surface parts of gold mineralisation are subject to oxidisation due to contact with air which, over time, breaks down the bonds of the rock and makes the excavation far easier - ie 'free dig' Likewise, the gold is more easily extracted which make oxide ore very favourable for processing. It also makes the near surface very attractive for artisanal miners, both for digging and for extracting contained gold. Hope this helps Chip

Book I traded earlier this year and have increased my holding. I think the risk is much reduced but I would like to see that 5% confirmed. As the company states "it significantly reduces risk". All the rest is commitment, without certainty. Bit like Zero Dark 30 " 100% he's there. OK, 95%, 'cause I know certainty freaks you guys out, but it's 100."
