At 4.55 on the recent video presentation Mark states 'I think it's going to surprise people' when referring to production. Maybe I'm reading too much into this but a hint at toll milling? Otherwise I'm not sure what else we would be surprised about. And when asked whether it would be around 2 years, Mark says 'Hope so but the idea is to fast track'. Feels like he has something up his sleeve.

book5 Many thanks for the video with Mark. One of the best by Mark and very positive. I like the Swiss guys style and it is interesting that Mark chose this route....maybe for our Frankfurt investors.

Jim Mellon published his Mellon on the Markets column yesterday in Masterinvestor. He only mentions 6 shares, one of which is CNR. “Condor Gold remains a firm favourite...Keep with gold and silver-I have no idea on crypto!” He would of course say that as our largest shareholder but at least he keeps banging the Condor drum whenever he has the opportunity.

Entertainment value from Jochen Steiger also at a high level. Presumably he has a side hustle as a stand up comic or doing covers of Ian Drury and the blockheads songs?Das ist gut, c'est fantastique.

That is a very positive interview. The Swiss guy actually puts across a more hard sell of Condor than Mark does, which is great. He particularly focused on First Majestic and said it was very unusual for them to take shares in Condor. He said First Majestic are serious mining company and would not have done that deal after their due diligence unless they were 150% sure the shares were going to be worth a lot more than 50p.

hTtps://youtu.be/BRXaPcqHDHI MC today He was smiling the most when speaking about cacao. I cant see they buying all plant without securing all land. The cacao drilling may have already show we can give some land to the cooperative. It seems drilling results are coming very slowly

Oap, the environmental permit to fulfill all requirements prior to starting production expires 27th July. So we have until then to sort everything out. Sounds like tailage storing facility and site wide water balance should be completed to fs by then. Whether or not the land is sorted, only MC will know.

But 100% land ownership is a condition of the Environmental Permit is it not? So is there an extension to the permit or has the 5% been acquired? Until one or other is answered it is an issue for PI's. How about an RNS update.

After video on nicaraguan tv, Cnr stopped chassing owners, and responded to it with another video on national news. So cnr acted on that video. Land owners became rich by local standards, they dont care if last one dont sell. In fact I know of one , she prays cnr does not succeed. All want jobs for the miners, but they have put their price. Goverment has been silent since 2017. It is up to us to offer land , or mine less from the main pit while granting access to the miners land. In my view no cpo on cooperative land before the elections. Gla

The land is not an issue bcs you believe the goverment will produce cpo's??. MC said it will take time...but how long ? It has not been said, why? May be Bcs he is not sure. Miners leader said on tv: give us land in exchange for land or we will Not sell. Any of u can watch that video. If they are served with cpo's it would be a PR disaster, and we will hear again protests on the nicaraguan TV (before the elections), and perhaps in the usa and uk.It would make a nice Panorama tv show if u expropiate land from a poor communal enterprise to give it to very rich shareholders. It is cnr that fall in the trap of rediscovering gold in a Land full of miners and believing they will give it away for nothing while they become very rich, left the country with scars and left nothing for future generations of miners This is the only route for me, we have to find more resources, and give land away. An amicable deal, even if we make less money and takes us one year longer to get into production. Hopefuly Cacao results lift the share price

Anybody know which long lead items are required for procurement following the purchase of the SAG mill from First Majestic? Perhaps we could calculate management's start date for the mine from the lead times for these items. Having been here since 2010 it would be a relief to know that there is a plan leading to production.

It could have gone faster but that has cost implications. Mark should be given credit for striking a balance in order to protect existing shareholders including himself from excessive dilution. Mark is being prudent in the ramp up of the mine and in the buying of the land which has so far cost US$4 million for 95% of the land. There has been considerable activity in recent months with site clearance, drilling and the procurement of the mill which has advanced the time to production by 12 months. We also now have First Pacific as an investor who could be interested in getting more involved with the project and they are a large mining company. I believe Mark is working very hard on many fronts and will have more pleasant surprises for us like the sag mill.

I don't think the last 5% is putting anyone off, we've known this for a while. I think the slipping in time frames is what is putting people off. It is taking far too long to get anything done here.

Some retail investors are making a lot of noise about the land because they need something to moan about. The land is a non issue. These are the words of Mark Child at the World Gold Q&A. His comments on the land issue start at 10 minutes in and I recommend that you listen too it. Mark says the project has been proceeding for the last 8 months as if all the land had been acquired and the land purchasing of the final 5% will not delay the project. I believe what Mark has said and can understand his frustration that retail investors, who clearly know far less about it than Mark, keep questioning what he has told us. It is also not helpful to make these comments as they potentially provide ammunition to the sellers. Believe what our CEO says and let him get on with his job.

Mestiza and America are 100% ours。 therefore risk is low bcs we could sell them for more than our market cap, but we need a bit more drilling. Rumour is Cacao drilling is going well.

People are frustrated. For me Key is the land bcs cnr will never rise finance till we own all of it. So we are not proguessing as if we own all the land. We are buiding few things bcs otherwise we would loose the license. Either the goverment suport us, or give away at least part of the Mestiza. Will the goverment support us before the election? I doubt it. And after the election I am not sure....we are in a hive of artisanal miners... So. We should not relly on the support of the goverment. At least we are drilling, this should lead us to own more resources, so we can give away part of the Mestiza. In my view this is cnr plan B.
