Not sure management can be trusted any more in respect of private investor interests in the company - Looks as though major shareholders and insiders have screwed the ordinary shareholders with significant discount and warrants at 40p - Should hae been possible to have had an open offer - Also with hindsight writing on the wall with MC's recent PR activity.

2nd message received is that possibly no 3rd party interest in the concession at previous valuation -

Could be a good time to buy a few more. Think it is indicated to open around 39p.

The agm has been completed with all resolutions passed as you would expect. A poster on LSE who attended says there was only 1 question about the plant and its financing but nothing new as 30% equity and 70% debt. Aim is minimal dilution for shareholders.

Instead we get this ENORMOUS discount. Or should I say, Jim gets this ENORMOUS discount.

REG – Condor Gold PLC – Condor Gold Raises £6.6 Million

Getting cash to pay for land and deposit for new plant.

This week They have spent all their cash in this week land purchases!!! So they need more and fast. Very good

Would Valuation target need to be reduced due new shares or it was allowed for?

Good, exciting, what will happen to the share price today?

Seems a bit generous to my mind......
Nice work if you can get it. A bit leaky on the share price front.

Maybe that last 10% is the hardest of all to land. We've all heard those stories about one stubborn old property owner digging in his heels with two fingers to the man with the suitcase full of money.

I too didn’t sell at 200p which was a very considerable profit if I had done so. The reason like you was that I thought as I still do that it is worth many multiples of £2 when we reach production. I may of course be wrong about Mark and he may be wealthy without his Condor Stake but if he is reliant on his Condor stake and I think he can trigger another 1 million plus shares if the share price is above 150p then upwards of £15 million at £3 per share is not a bad return. An interesting discussion as we divest today’s 49p!
Book5 you are very keen on the land point and I am sure you are right that it will be an important milestone when we have it all. It seems they are buying consistently and with just 10% remaining it should not be too long.

Around 10% of land more to buy
That is the key
Hopefully they accept some more $

This week very good progress

Well of course we are to this point still an explorer and not a producer. If we were a producer, we would be north of 20 GBP.
I certainly see your point and partially agree in that Mark and all the early investors (like me) have come a long way, but I really do not see the point throwing this thing at this stage of development. If I sell it now for 200 p, I get the same price I could have gotten 8-10 yrs or so ago... I didnt sell back then either.
Having offers is certainly nice, but I personally want to see un-diluted dividends from my pit
EDIT: Mark has 4,1 mIo shares, I reallydo not believe he dedicated 15 yrs of this life to sell for 2 or 3 £ a share

I certainly don’t want it sold cheaply having been in this for so long and any offer would need to take note of the revenue stream to come if it was to be accepted. But as we all know this has taken a lot longer to get to this point than anyone contemplated when it reached its previous high 10 years ago. This has been due to the ups and downs of the gold market and also political factors. Problems could occur again in the future so as market conditions currently look favourable, Mark may feel it would be a good time to bank a considerable amount of money rather than run the risk of another few years waiting for the even bigger prize that may await. £3 per share would provide Mark with a very comfortable retirement!

I would be annoyed too if it were sold too soon. I am in at a good price at 20p but always bought this with a 20 x profit in mind. There is a colossal profit to come from operations.

The point that the traders and profit takers should bear in mind is the very real probability of a bid coming in at any time. The big companies are looking for their future gold supply and Condor very much fits the bill. It will be on more radars than just Rio Tinto at this time. Having been in this share for a long time and having heard what Mark has said in the past my gut feeling is that he would favour selling now. The global gold market situation is giving Condor a clear window of opportunity. Mark has been giving interviews and presentations on an intensive basis recently and I think he is looking to attract bidders. I will be very surprised if we don’t get a bid in the near future and even more surprised if some talks about talks (so there is no need to disclose the talks) are not already taking place.
The MM’s need volume days like this to make some money and don’t really care too much about the price as long as there is a lot of trading. They will have another good day when it shoots up again.

The free float on this share is small and can therefore be volatile. The volumes have been low for a few days and so they need a tree shake to make some shares available. I expect this pull back to be short lived before pushing for new highs.
