My reading is that if there is
no agreement to a reasonable offer, then the land could be temporarily expropriated to enable all the necessary mining activities.

So in spite of the strong opposition of some of the land owners, buying all the land should not be a problem
The company is pressing the accelerator.

Now up 4.8% on volume of 175000. We have raised £6.6 million to accelerate Condor towards production and are therefore more investable than we were at the beginning of the week. This should assist the rerate and one would expect this to move back to 60p and beyond fairly quickly. We need 55p for 10 days to trigger the next injection of funds. We have been referred to a number of examples where sorting finance has cased a significant rerate and it should now be the same here.

Moving up again as 44p has just been paid. It’s been all buys so far apart from 2 tiny sells of 929 and 58.

Hopefully a tolling agreement is reconsidered. It should not be too difficult to generate cash from the Mestiza pit.

Of course no RNS beforehand, but the need of raising funds for the next steps and possible ways to achieve that were discussed. We now have a moderate increase in shares raising 6M and will probably finance the rest via bank loans.
I can nevertheless understand that traders with less knowledge of the company that just got Condor ob the radar recently have been surprised and are unhappy. I would just stay in instead of realising probable losses now but thats your business of course

book5 - Re Canada and TSK - Yes you can play more games there than you can usually do on AIM - expecially Certificated warrants - though cannot tell from the rns (I may have missed it) if the warrants are dematerialised (i.e On Crest) or certificated -

Rubbish . I don't recall seeing an RNS starting that they planned a fund raising anytime soon. And if they did, they would have plenty of time to allow existing shareholders into the placing via a OO. But no, same old advantage to the large shareholders and BOD.
