With the decline, largely due to cfi and cfi now out I would have hoped for much more of a rise here with the volume that we have had

"If Condor mothball everything what will happen to the shareprice?"

I'm not sure that mothballing is a viable alternative unless the company goes private which raises a completely new set of questions.Perfect market theory aside, some of these junior explorers could argue that far from being beneficial,a market listing has exacerbated their fortunes with a sharply falling market cap encouraging bankers to keep their hands in their pockets.A CATCH 22 if ever there was one. If you're going to mothball, why would you wish to pay a NOMAD etc and cough up over 100 grand a year to maintain an AIM listing. Why not, delist and come back through a shell when things are more favourable.

So what price if the company goes private? Really not sure. There are some nasty
precedents of companies effectively disenfranchising smaller holders prior to going private.Take a look at Marconi.(It didn't go private but as an example of what can happen when the going gets rough). Some 13 years ago,Marconi had a consolidation that meant that no holder could have less than 3 shares.Thing is,3 shares( pre the price collapse) would have cost you some twenty thousand pounds. So Marconi thought it perfectly acceptable to disenfranchise some private clients that had spent tens of thousand of pounds only a couple of years pre the consolidation.Luckily,i managed to squeeze in at just over 3 shares post consolidation phew! However then the company went belly up and I lost the lot.Marconi was the namesake of the powerhouse that was GEC of course and frankly they treated their shareholders disgracefully so I have no faith in what listed companies will get up to when there backs are against the wall.

Yes, heard he had a few cvs returned lol

Wouldn't surprise me if it was done so that an interested party could start to take a position join the cheap and therefore the shares bought back maybe even by cfi at the costs of pis
