You'd of thought that cfi have sold out. Those shares have been taken up by the market and therefore we would be back at the 40p+ previous to the sell off, as it is clearly them that have dragged the share price downwards

Confirmation CFI are defo out, selling 225k on the 4th. The balance of 335,558 being sold yesterday.

Useful post re cash position.I think MC will clearly do all in his power to avoid an issue at this price.I also feel that he'll do everything to avoid an equity swap agreement with the likes of a Lanstead which signalled the plight that Beowulf and Herencia and others found themselves in.The trouble is that the market is throwing the baby out with the bath water with some of these junior explorers and if it wasn't for a "once bitten twice shy" mentality ,this stock would be over 50p imo.This company has attracted good institutional support,it's not like a Herencia that has primarily relied upon exhausted private clients in nominee accounts.My gut instinct is that it's a good time to average but looking at the outlook for the gold market and the dearth of finance,there doesn't seem any urgency.Thereagain,as 2016 opens ,the world seems horribly fragile both politically and economically ....isn't that meant to be good for gold?

Surely if the company is willing to share this information to shareholders directly, it should be willing to issue an update RNS confirming same?


I always take BB information with a pinch of salt (No offence meant, and i'm not questioning anyone's integrity here) but unless you personally know the poster you have no idea what his motives might be for posting.

MC really needs to issue a crystal clear RNS to allay doubts and fears, IMO, vague references to 6-9 months with no definite start date are of no use to an investor.

By communicating selectively to private investors to post on BB's is not the correct way for any company to communicate with the market.

The important thing is that the seller looks like be cleared

If there is no deal the share price will plummet and I have seen no sensible argument that says otherwise.

It would have been better for MC to state the current situation openly. If he has money until mid 2016 he will need to raise cash by end of Q1, as he will not want to leave it to the last moment. It is not worth discussing how much as it is like saying how long is a piece of string. It depends if he wants to go for mining, gamble on sp/pog rising etc etc.

I think I may owe you an apology also. I have always found you sensible and polite on the bbs but occasionally communication via a keyboard hasn't been the easiest.

Let's hope for that deal

Usmcgs, no problems. Text only communication has a habit of being difficult to interpret and by having different views one is already starting off disagreeing :)

Thanks for posting Andrew, will agree with Usmcgs that MC needs to put that information out in an RNS or via a presentation.

21 -23p. Initially buying tailing off and some profit taking taken. Think I'll have a shower now and do something useful before the wife gets home.

Sometimes it is difficult to communicate via the keyboard. For instance I thought for a while you were getting a bit 'funny' and hence I got a little that way myself. Apologies as I have always founds you civil in the past. The bbs are there to exchange views. I have a fair bit invested here but have always found it best to err on the cautious side or at least have since loosing early on by listening too much to bbs but learnt quickly :)

At the moment all we have is Jibbo's say regarding the email and you saying you have received similar. That is why info should come out in an rns. Even if it is true then MC is not going to leave it to the last moment and hence Q1 still stands. Let's hope there is a deal as without it the share price will plummet


I notice that the numpty doesn't seem to understand that if you have 2 accounts, for tax purposes i.e. an account in my wife's name and 1 in mine then you can end up posting under 2 ids. Our ids are tied to our trading accounts unlike else. Nothing underhand and I have not tried hiding anything. What a bell end.

22.5 - 23p, and buys still coming in strong. A very long way to go before getting back to anything like fair value, imo.
