06/1/2016 09:21 | Cavendish234, I have time on my hands and so far we have had civil exchanges. 20.75 - 21p atm | ![]() temujiin
06/1/2016 09:10 | Temujin he is never wrong so why do you bother | cavendish234
06/1/2016 09:07 | And still it just ticked up to 20 - 21p | ![]() temujiin
06/1/2016 08:58 | Sell price is way below the quoted spread | usmcgs
06/1/2016 08:48 | You obviously don't understand aim. If you have been using aim for any length of time then you would know that aim is not known for patience and instead chasing the next stockUpto now I have shown you respect as I thought you were ok but come on ....... | usmcgs
06/1/2016 08:39 | does the average aim punter have the patience? We were already expecting it And the time scale is upto another 6 mths =============== 1. How do I know what the 'average aim punter' thinks! 2. By we you mean you? 3. Actually now between 2 to 5 months | ![]() temujiin
06/1/2016 08:37 | I have made my point Answer the question does the average aim punter have the patience? We were already expecting itAnd the time scale is upto another 6 mths which I'd not what you stated | usmcgs
06/1/2016 08:34 | Usmcgs, MC has always stated they can come out of the SR at any time they want. But if you think giving a specific time frame of end Feb 2016 to end May 2016 creates uncertainty then we will agree to disagree. | ![]() temujiin
06/1/2016 08:25 | How has that reduced uncertainty saying 6 to 9 moths. People would have been hoping that with site visits out of the way we would be hearing a lot sooner. Answer me this is aim known for it's patience? With the seller gone he should have kept his mouth shut, especially via email where there is no proof of what was or wasn't stated. Next you'll be telling me his last gaffs of we will not be sold for the average sales price was not another gaff | usmcgs
06/1/2016 08:21 | He has created uncertainty ============ I'm afraid only in your mind Usmcgs, giving a specific time frame actually reduces uncertainty imo. :) | ![]() temujiin
06/1/2016 08:16 | Now can't sell within the spread again | usmcgs
06/1/2016 08:16 | He has created uncertainty Interesting start to the day. Nice little rise but then sells have kicked in | usmcgs
06/1/2016 08:07 | Usmcgs, each to their own I guess. You could equally say he's just indicated this could be all wrapped up in 8 or 9 weeks! Way before any need for more cash. | ![]() temujiin
06/1/2016 08:01 | Temujiin I wish he hadn't stated that. We already knew it had been going for 3 mths and therefore if the site visits were completely and you would hope at least some due diligence /access to data beforehand then people would be reasonably happy that we were a fair way through the process. Now he could well have knocked some of that confidence by saying possibly another 6 mths, which takes us to when we need cash but of course he won't leave it to the last moment. He should have enough experience of aim to know people n aim generally have no patience. It is not the only clanger recently. As I said let's hope the seller is cleared and a deal sooner rather than later | usmcgs
06/1/2016 07:35 | Usmcgs, MC (allegedly if you prefer) wrote of the SR, could last 6 to '9 months in total.' As it started 4th Sept we're looking at June as the latest estimate. | ![]() temujiin
06/1/2016 07:22 | Let's hope it is from when the Sr was announced :)For now it should be an interesting few days if the seller has now cleared :) | usmcgs
06/1/2016 07:20 | Officially we don't know how much he has left as it has not come out in am rnsWe also don't know how much dilution there would be or indeed if there will be. It could be that a deal happens and that is great. If not then we do not know how much dilution he will go for. Putting us into mothballing would be seen as bad and the dilution to take us to mining would be bad.I am unclear as to when the 6 to 9 mths began. Was that from the start or now? If it is from now, which I hope mot, has he just dropped another clanger as that is a long time in aim | usmcgs
06/1/2016 06:51 | Andy, its a fair comment that there is an apparent contradiction to say on the one hand costs have been reduced significantly and they're a lean machine, and then also claim that 'much further' cost cutting is possible. That said, knowing MC's commitment and % in CNR I wouldn't be surprised if he did, for example, delay wages for himself and other exec's in order to buy time to get the best deal possible. He did deliver the £1m by Y/E as he had said. Of interest he now says 'Condor is fully funded to conduct the current “Strategic Review”, which could last 6 to 9 months in total.' That would be May to June which is approx when the money get squeaky tight. That said to keep the company going until Y/E 2016 would require a 10% dilution at 20p, and with CFI fully out now I suspect the share price is going to recover to way above 20p. | ![]() temujiin
05/1/2016 23:17 | Tem, That's probably the first time anyone has posted anything sensible on LSE1 Good detective work as you say. Thanks for posting up the reply from MC. "which is sufficient to run the company for 6 months with the current operating cost structure, which could be cut much further resulting in no funding required for a longer period". That seems to contradict what he said about Condor being "lean", with nearly everyone now working in Nicaragua, where they earn much less, so how much more "lean could he go? He has reduced his own salary, I suppose he could defer it all, but he has to live on something. If the large sale was pushing down the price then we will see how it reacts tomorrow. If gold receives a short term boost due to international tensions, I would imagine he'll try a placing at that point, and that could be anytime soon. He won't want to take it down to the wire in case the markets get worse, IMO. | ![]() andy
05/1/2016 20:24 | Yes but he won't leave it until the last moment. Let's hope for news of a deal before then | usmcgs
05/1/2016 20:20 | We have money available to middle of yr maybe longer mc's own words..... | ![]() jayrh
05/1/2016 19:03 | Yes agreed fingers crossed At the end if the day though the only certainties are without a deal the share price will be lower and at some point, sooner rather than later, a placing would be needed. The other, almost certainly, is that cfi are out. Here's hoping that buys come in, the share price rises quickly and then a deal comes in. An early eia would be nice too | usmcgs
05/1/2016 18:39 | If gold recovers, that will make a big difference. We just need one to show his hand and the bidding will start. Fingers crossed | ![]() plasybryn
05/1/2016 18:38 | Ref the share price recovering it might well but it is not a certaintyI'm concentrating on a deal as the lack of one will mean a very sticky situation | usmcgs |
