04/1/2016 22:32 | harebrain The gold is still there .. mothball CNR | ![]() saturdaygirl
04/1/2016 22:31 | A very sorry story to be frank. Having held for literally years myself. My wife and daughter still have a decent holding which is day by day being flushed down the proverbial, with little hope of seeing any thing like their money back. Wish now I had sold theirs along with mine quite a few months back. My only blessing is that I invested my sale well into a tech co. | ![]() au24
04/1/2016 21:39 | For this type of horrific collapse, there has to be something fundamentally wrong. The City spivs know of something & those selling have certainly had enough. What could have gone so horribly wrong? Has anyone thought that there could be a problem with the licenses/ permits, making the project be worth approximately 0p? | ![]() harebridge
04/1/2016 21:27 | I believe MC said $56 would not be achievable , what we may be offered I don`t know but this is surely a case of remove from the market ( stop the sale ) and mothball with limited funds . We are in the extremities of a long bear market in gold that can`t run for much longer . Maybe ending this year ? | ![]() saturdaygirl
04/1/2016 21:24 | Andy, I had a brief email exchange with CNR a month or so ago and the strong impression I got was that CNR will not sell it's asset on the cheap based on $/oz. IE any buyer will have to offer an acceptable $/oz price, not a 3 or 4 or 5 x current share price as clearly the share price is not even half what it was just a few month back. Afaik MC has purchased approx 4m shares in the company at various prices, he will mothball the company imo rather than dilute excessively or accept a lowball. | ![]() temujiin
04/1/2016 21:12 | Tem, I don't have a "spat" with usmcgs because he filtered me for expressing the same views that he is is now expressing! Interesting that he continues a running battle with another poster calling each other petty names, yet filters me for holding the same view that he now holds! You couldn't make it up! Just like the $56 per ounce in the ground "average" and the "minimum MC will accept" Any bidder will be biding his time whilst the price subsides, I still say any offer will be based on a premium to SP, and then converted to $x per ounce. 04/1/2016 21:02 | What does it matter if he opened a short. ============= Doesn't matter at all Jeanesy , but it gives more gravitas to posters views if they act on what they post. For example you repeated yet again tosspot TW's 'views' about CNR saying 'it does appear that TW is going to be right'. So then, imo open a short if you really believe CNR are going bust and let us know. That way more people would believe in what you and others actually write. I believe CNR are way oversold and today bought another 5000, I act on what I say and believe. I might be wrong, time will tell. | ![]() temujiin
04/1/2016 20:38 | What does it matter if he opened a short. The fact is that the share capitulation here has happened and it does appear that TW is going to be right unless the silence is broken here. MC has , as I have stated several times ,said absolutely nothing recently. Im hope im wrong for all those currently invested but that says it all to me. | ![]() jeanesy
04/1/2016 19:55 | Harebridge, it don't count unless you say so at the time :) | ![]() temujiin
04/1/2016 19:52 | The smart punters opened a short early this summer ; ) lol! | ![]() harebridge
04/1/2016 19:49 | Harebridge, if you're that confident in TW and yourself, will you enlighten me that you have a short on today at 18p and how many? | ![]() temujiin
04/1/2016 18:43 | 1st and 2nd line support broken today | usmcgs
04/1/2016 18:42 | Seems that there is another month until EIA. Is any offer likely to wait until post that? | usmcgs
04/1/2016 17:44 | Think they only had 560k back in Nov, so one would think should be out by now. No other notifications of selling by anyone over 1% but could be others that had less? | ![]() temujiin
04/1/2016 17:20 | If it is CFI selling how many do they have left? | ![]() jeanesy
04/1/2016 17:10 | Huge volume for cnr - at over 471k | usmcgs
04/1/2016 17:09 | Agree they are not being mopped up as the share price shows. This is looking more and more concerning. As has been stating on other bbs MC was worried about dilution at 40p+. At this rate and if there is no deal I see us being the pennies, raising funds and that dilution would be extremely concerning | usmcgs
04/1/2016 17:08 | Andy, don't want to get into the spat with Usmcgs but imo you're both on a similar page, which is somewhat more negative/skeptical than my own view. | ![]() temujiin
04/1/2016 16:55 | Tem, "I think MC actually said words to the effect of $56/oz would be hard to achieve in current market" Not according to usmcgs it wasn't! | ![]() andy
04/1/2016 16:51 | More accurately, clearly they are being mopped up as they off loaded another 225,000, but not in sufficient quantities to keep the share price from falling. | ![]() temujiin
04/1/2016 16:46 | How many do they have left to sell? Clearly they are not being mopped up any more hence the shareprice collapse | ![]() jeanesy |
