They will start with rock chip/soil sampling and then will use wires to get electro-magnetic readings to identify where the veins lie beneath the surface. The drilling programme will be guided by that. A caldera is a very large circular hollow that remains when the central part of a volcano collapses after an eruption. The fact that the team are referring to the 'Central Caldera' lying on this new concession suggests that they believe that they have discovered the volcano which fed the the whole (or the majority of the) system. That could be very significant!

Had to go to investegate direct for the rns this morning. There automatic emails do not appear to be working. Could be why the buys haven't flooded in as yet

We now have another 1 moz open pit and another 1.5 moz overall

The potential for another large deposit to add to existing several large deposits is fantastic news.

20m @ 10g ! Not seen that drill result before but is one of the best results in the whole of the La India area so this acquisition could be 'another gamechanger'

Well I think today's RNS confirms that a TSX listing will be on during the next six months. Don't have a problem with that whatsoever! It's part and parcel of being an explorer. Listing should open up demand beyond AIM in a knowledgeable market and makes it ISA'ble (maybe more PI's will be interested).

Have to say, this RNS was out of left field - MC certainly keeps us on our toes! It reads very well too.

And cash cost per ounce of gold. Condor La India is one of the exciting new gold fields in the world. It'll be taken over in 2 or 3 years by one of the majors for > £10 a share.

CF12 Condor often use shares as part of a deal. With a Market Cap of £50m they could quite easily raise money when they need to for incremental exploration. The big 'raise' will come following the PEA but then one would assume the share price will be a multiple of the current price ?

Mark Child, Chairman and CEO commented:





"Condor has purchased the strategically important La Mojarra Concession that lies only 400m to the south of La India Vein Set resource of 1,481,000 oz gold at 4.0g/t; the location of a high grade open pit resource of 954,000 oz gold at 3.61g/t. The open pit resource is open to the south. One of the southern most drill intercepts recorded was 21.08m at 10.24g/t. There is a possibility that La India resource extends onto La Mojarra Concession and additional gold mineralised resources can be defined elsewhere on the 27sq km La Mojarra Concession to complement La India Project's existing CIM Code resource of 2,375,000 oz gold at 4.6g/t. Condor's initial assessment of La Mojarra Concession summises that the surface geological features suggest the potential for the discovery of significant buried gold mineralisation. Condor will initiate a geophysics programme on La Mojarra and other concessions in La India Project within the next 6 months".
