12/10/2012 10:12 | Really? Limited to what? | christianf12
12/10/2012 10:10 | Yes Mark Childs has been very upfront about upcoming fund raisings. It will be limited compared with a Market Cap of £50m. No SEDA's or any of that sort of last resort financing which your stocks have to go begging for. That is the beauty of having serious brokers and Institutional Investors. Condor often get placings away at premiums ! | papal_pauper
12/10/2012 09:44 | In the meantime, the Company is in the process of securing interim funding. Following receipt of the PEA there will be a strategy review to determine whether the open pit resource is fast tracked to production or the Company keeps drilling to increase the gold resource on La India Project or a combination of the two. = dilution | christianf12
12/10/2012 09:43 | Should be about out of cash now following recent drilling so what chance a placing around 100p? From interims The operating loss for the 6 month period was £748,048. The cash equivalents at 30th June 2012 were £1,254,735. The Company raised gross proceeds of £2.5m by way of a private placement of new ordinary shares during the period at 5 pence in March 2012. At the AGM on 25th June 2012 the shareholders approved a change of the company's name to Condor Gold plc from Condor Resources plc and approved a 20 to 1 share consolidation, which has resulted in 30,513,955 ordinary shares in issue. | christianf12
12/10/2012 09:01 | Good for you. I'll go find some valuation data on FTE. | papal_pauper

12/10/2012 08:50 | That is good to hear. I won't post the same thing over and over again like you do though. That is not debate, it's deramping. New info is good though. I'll go and research CNR's accounts. | christianf12
12/10/2012 08:48 | You're welcome CF12 Debate is good. No censorship here. | papal_pauper
12/10/2012 08:45 | IF YOU HAVE BEEN A HOLDER IN RECENT MONTHS, TIME TO START BOOKING PROFITS!!!!! Tell Papl Pauper as long as he continues to post on the shares I am interested in, I will continue to post here. | christianf12

12/10/2012 07:58 | Gold working off overbought technicals by going sideways. This is huge technical positive confirmation. | papal_pauper
12/10/2012 07:48 | Serious Punter, quite so. The higher the share price the less shares required to be issued. The consideration in terms of shares has to be $350k, which could yet be settled in cash. I suspect that this will all be settled with a dual listing and bank debt for the open pit... As menionted, this acquisition will be settled after 6 months from the date of the drilling permit. TSX here we come by then, all IMHO. | theabbey
12/10/2012 07:43 | Ok I'll check bak in next week and see how you are getting on. Wouldn't want you blaming the fall on me : ) | christianf12
12/10/2012 07:43 | CF12 can you compare and contrast CNR with your favourite explorers ? CGNR and OTC ? | papal_pauper
12/10/2012 07:41 | From V1d on LSE (00:02): "...There is some very interesting wording in the RNS which is "MCspeak" at its very best:- "There is a possibility that La India resource extends onto La Mojarra Concession and additional gold mineralised resources can be defined elsewhere on the 27sq km La Mojarra Concession....." POSSIBILITY???? and MC spends $1m on acquiring it - I don't think so...... "Condor's initial assessment of La Mojarra Concession summises that the surface geological features suggest the potential for the discovery of significant buried gold mineralisation." SUGGEST?????? Hmmmmmmm It is also worth noting that drillhole LIDC152 was at the 150 section - 500 metres from the La Mojarra concession boundary and that is the one which returned 16.1M (true) at 10.24g/t. You can be sure that Condor's geologists have been kicking the rocks and dust on La Mojarra for some time and know FOR SURE that the India/California vein set continues there. MC can't say that in an RNS until drilling has proved it. They also had SRK's chief structural geologist poking around this part of the concessions a while back, looking for the feeder zone for this whole area. As far as I am aware, La Mojarra is at the valley bottom, to the south and east of the main road running through, and being lower that the La India valley, is the logical place for the feeder zone. I just cannot see MC spending $1m and introducing an unnecessary complication at this stage of Condor's development. Even if Condor inits present form and ownership never gets to drill any of it, the acquisition of this concession is, for me, a major strategic coup." | theabbey
12/10/2012 07:40 | The Abbey Re your post 293 - Having read the article, at today's price 167.5 mid then CNR would have to issue 130,534 shares. However by the time they have to give over some shares, CNR's price could be nearly double. | serious punter
12/10/2012 07:34 | And in the Independent: "Over on Aim, gold miner Condor Gold cheered investors with a deal to buy a concession close to its La India Project in Nicaragua. Its shares glittered up 2.5p to 168p." Perhaps CNR's PR team have finally got off their butts!? | theabbey |
