Some of you are simply incapable of moving on with your lives - it must be a drab existence especially for those close to you.

In was seriously invested in CNR the first ca 13-14 years of the life of this company , now it’s just entertainment for me.

I am mainly staying here for the day that I will do my last posting, which will be the following 4 words only:
„I told you so“.

Knowing Mark and Jim’s capabilities of endlessly dragging chewing gums into silk threads, it will be a couple of years down the road

There are only a handful of posters on this thread that i do not have on filter - the last poster is not one of them :)

As someone who has personally experienced the long term frustrations of AIM investing
i know only too well how it feels when things take much longer than we want to come together however there are a number of folks on here who need to take some responsibility for their own investment decisions!

We all invested here in the hope that Condor would actually mine their concession albeit in one form or another - that was the thinking but if we are honest looking back it was perhaps naive of us as this company had no experience of doing so.

My experience of AIM is that it usually takes much longer than we originally thought and averaging down over years more often than not is sadly required in order to get out with any meaningful profit.

What i do know is that moaning incessantly does yourself no good if its just complaining for the sake of it.Learn from your past mistakes and move on.

I love being English. Having travelled extensively over my many years, I can tell you that there're many, MANY worse places in the world than the UK. I'll take my Glocestershire abode over the nicest of houses in Managua or Rivas, I'll tell you that for free! It's all relative, and the UK's an easy punch bag as it's still an economic tour de force on the world stage and we have a colourful history.

The British are friendly people with a great sense of humour, which we cannot always understand. Their problem, though, is that they are easily misled by the elite that has not paid taxes for generations. They ended up with the worst pensions in Europe and substandard services, yet they believe others are worse off because their heads are full of nostalgia for the former empire.

More Brits will move out of the country to avoid the bad economy that is leading to ever-growing poverty, while poor immigrants from their former colonies will come to the UK; they keep blaming the French, though :). You collect what you seed.

I like British humour, though I don't understand how they don't direct it towards their upper classes, who are not paying taxes. The UK has become the land of the lambs.
