As I disclosed here at least once, I currently live in the Netherlands.
Looking up some funny city names I found the lovely town of Rectum.
It all fits together (source Wikipedia):

Rectum is a hamlet in the Dutch province of Overijssel. It is part of the municipality of Wierden. The hamlet is located about 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) north of Enter.[3]

I am really astonished how Jim and Mark are always able to pull off a new stunt.

By the way, during the last Master Investors conference Jim told me that he is very close to buy the last 0,4% of my gravesite. He was confident „it“ will happen this month. When I asked him, what exactly will happen this month, he mumbled something about „no news from the village“. I am now confident I will be rich by march 31st

How can the ownership of 100% be priced in if we haven't bought it yet ?

If we buy the missing 'ransom strip' 0.4% does that suddenly double the value of the whole thing? Or does it increase the value of the whole thing only by the amount we pay for the 0.4%? Or does it not increase the value of the whole thing at all?

And if we "own all of the land" why are we talking to anyone about buying anything?

I always think it's useful if BB contributors declare their position. I mean, it's an anonymous BB so why not ?

I have around 80,000 shares across various platforms with an overall average cost of something like 45p.

What I do not understand, please redprince, 888 etc explain to me:

If you are pushing the share price like you do, the only reason that makes Logic sense is that you want to sell.
But apparently you are not doing that, because you are pushing for years already.

If you want to buy more, why on earth are you then pushing publicly on BBs? Wouldn’t a low price be better then?

LSE posters (especially Simms) also had many wet dreams over the weekend it seems. Funnily in his wet dreams Simms is confusing asset and share deal, but making yourself feel good is the purpose of such dream

I was at master investor. While not getting a selfie with Jim he was in good form and hopefully news this month. Its possible the CEO, who was in Nic last week, could well have been signing everything off and finalising details as his of being at Master Investor could well have been on purpose so he could not give details away or could well be still in Nic.

Certainly not, the hypothetical offer is not for the company as a (w)hole but only for the main asset (—> asset sale)
