23/4/2023 07:42 | Thanks, sherwood. This video gives a taste of how Condor's projects might appear when developed, and also an idea of what the environment for a gold-mining operation in Nicarague is like. A presentation (February 2023) by Calibre mentions on page 4 that the enterprise value of the company is $1134 per ounce of annual production, and bemoans that this is far below its peers (a Nicaraguan discount?). At present, Toronto-listed CBX has an MCap of C$700m (£413m) and no debt. Very broadly, I would estimate Calibre's physical assets to be three times Condor's at a comparable stage of development. | meanreverter
23/4/2023 06:28 | Here is a really good example of how mining can help the local communities. The last 3 mins or so shows how the local community can benefit from a mining company/resettlement | sherwood58
21/4/2023 16:15 | It's going up. But it isn't where it was. And it's now a $75m mkt cap. | diggybee
21/4/2023 15:59 | Reading this thread is good for dozing. You can experience dreams and nightmares all within a very short time span, then wake up and get back to reality which is any amount of abstract PR unconnected with CNR. I suppose you've got to do something to pass the time of day by pretending you're heading a PR company rather than getting your hands dirty. | corrientes1
21/4/2023 15:58 | It's not huge volumes but all those sales are being soaked up without impacting the price. | 2020hindsight
21/4/2023 15:19 | Well, we have what is effectively a 'token' share price so why not 🤣 | dexdringle
21/4/2023 15:14 | Condor Twitter today : "A report from Citi Group suggests tokenization of global illiquid assets could become a $16 trillion industry by 2030! CEO Mark Child joins #FinancialFox to share his opinion on the tokenization of gold and silver." Stop pfaffing on about tokenising gold and either sell the flipping company or start mining for the stuff. Jeez. | 2020hindsight

21/4/2023 10:52 | NPV at $1700 per oz is $450m add $300m to NPV because gold is $2000 per oz ($300 more than base NPV price on 1m oz ) NPV is after paying shareholders normal returns on equity which is built into the discount rate Total NPV becomes $750m Shares in issue are 150m can't take it any further if gold goes from $2000 to $2500 that's another $500m on to NPV | septblues
21/4/2023 08:10 | This does not help to any miner in Nicaragua Russian Exterior minister in Nicaragua | book5
20/4/2023 17:20 | Voted not to sell what ? We aren't in the business of buying land because we already own all of the land. Apparently. | dexdringle
20/4/2023 11:43 | I am receiving lots of contradictory info About land. Apparently Around one month again associates voted not to sell, but I don’t know what it was offered. But, I heard majority of associates want only cash. Apparently Coop is trying to sell idea they could pay some rent to associates for allowing other miners mine in their land. They failed in the past. So imho a resolution will be found. There are other disputes about land contracts. But land is only part of the my main risks, the other two are: proximity to the village and lots of water in huracán season on the brook going through the area. U need a lot of pumps and power lines not to fell during huracán season. All durable to the investor risk Gla | book5
20/4/2023 11:29 | oldiegoldie:> Your legal history stands us in good stead "We own all the Land we own." Which of correct can be interpreted as in other words we do not own all the land. This could be translated as - We are at risk of being held to ransom unless the government issues cpo's. or have I missed something. | pugugly
20/4/2023 10:36 | If Condor had owned all the landWe could party with a great big brass bandThey would play golden flutesRed silk lining in their suits Instead we have to talk to Jochem, cap in hand | diggybee
20/4/2023 10:29 | We own all the Land we own. That’s absolutely correct. Be very attentive to the precise semantics here. Being a lawyer in my day job certainly helps | oldiegoldie
20/4/2023 09:45 | Snotra I changed many of my cnr for others we still hold some cnr, but now a considerably smaller number Gl to u too, don’t believe all u hear on the interviews | book5
20/4/2023 09:30 | Book5, if you genuinely think there is an equal chance of it being sold for less than current price why don't you take a Bayesian approach and sell half your holding today. It won't be sold for less imo. It will either meet their minimum and be sold or it won't. They won't take $65m for it, the suggestion was laughed out of town in the recent interview. | snotra
20/4/2023 09:24 | So, just to be clear, we are saying that there is no land, on any part of any development, that we will at any point be buying or need to buy ? | dexdringle
20/4/2023 09:16 | “We own all the land” those are the words used by Mark Child yesterday in his interview with Jochen. So yes here I am to tell you what the CEO has said in public during a sale process. I am happy to agree with your words “demented deramper”. | 888icb
20/4/2023 09:02 | Book, you do realise that 888 will be on here shortly to tell you that we DO own all of the land and that by staying otherwise you are a demented deramper! | dexdringle |
